	I screwed-up 15 grams of excellent Kaia Kush buds trying to infuse Cannabinoids into 0,5 Liter of Glühwein.
</p>

<p>
	My first clue that I had screwed-up was that during the heating, there were NO bubbles - indicating that decarboxylation was not occurring.
</p>

<p>
	Second clue, after drinking about 200 ml, there was virtually NO psychoactive effect for the rest of the evening.
</p>

<p>
	It did taste OK, including the usual Cannabis taste, it wasn't bad, sortof like a red wine kräuter bitter. 
</p>

<p>
	And the cannabis after-taste lasted for a couple hours, also not bad, you could definitely tell that you had drank a cannabis-infused drink that contained a significant amount of cannabinoids.
</p>

<p>
	I guess we must always have some form of oil, not alcohol, in which to infuse.
</p>

<p>
	But it won't go to waste.  I'm gonna drink it anyway.     Yee-ee-hyughhgg!!!
</p>

<p>
	For the time being, I'm gonna stick with making and cooking with Cannabutter.  I know without a doubt that Cannabutter works.

<p>So I put 25 grams of mixed dry shake, trimmings and vape grounds, 60 grams of Clover un salted butter and 3 cups of water in a slow cooker on low heat for 6 or 7 hours. I've got no idea of the temperature but it was enough to make the whole street stink.</p><p>I strained the the mixture though a pair of my wife's tights (...easy boys!!)  <img src="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile3.gif" alt=":)" srcset="&lt;fileStore.core_Emoticons&gt;/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20"> squeezed every last drop out in to the bowl and put it outside (5 Celsius) for about 2 hours.</p><p>A nice 1.5 cm thick disc of greeny brown butter had solidified on top. </p><p>I lifted it off, broke it in to pieces and put them in a small butter dish in the microwave for 20 seconds.. This was then stirred well and put in the fridge for an hour so and.... Done!! 	If you like sweets, here is an old-fashioned favorite that just cannot be resisted.  I shall include the initial steps for infusing the cannabis into the Cannabutter, so if you already know how to do that, you can skip that section.

	The Cannabutter takes only about 5-to-10 minutes to grind the dried materials but needs 2,5 hours to properly decarboxylate, then 1 hour cooling before the fridge, then 2 to 4 hours chilling in the fridge or freezer before the butter-slab can be separated from the water-bowl.  So obviously, the Cannabutter should be made before-hand.  What I did here was, I made a batch of Cannabutter for you'all and I started it cooling, all the while making pictures for this presentation.  To continue the cooking session for the P-U-D-Cake, I used 125-grams of Cannabutter that I had in the freezer.  I like to keep a batch or two of well-sealed Cannabutter in the freezer at all times so that I can quickly cook a Canna-Dish at a moment's notice.
</p>

<p>
	The P-U-D-Cake requires about 30-to-45 minutes to prepare, about 30 minutes to cook, about an hour to cool.
</p>

<p>
	 
</p>

<p>
	TOOLS that you will need:
</p>

<p>
	Nested pots (or a pot and a glass bowl like my set-up), whatever works to perform the infusion into Cannabutter.
</p>

<p>
	A sieve (or for even finer Cannabutter, use cheesecloth and a sieve when pressing the materials, as seen later)
</p>

<p>
	Another glass bowl in which to chill the butter.  See the bowl that I used at the end of the Cannabutter recipe.
</p>

<p>
	Something in which to cook the cake.  You can use a 10-inch iron skillet or a bake-form approximately 24x34cm.  I used a glass roaster 23x35x11cm.
</p>

<p>
	Measuring cups and spoons of various sizes.
</p>

<p>
	A sieve or a flour sifter (not absolutely necessary, but makes for a smoother batter)
</p>

<p>
	A couple mixing bowls, one large, one small.
</p>

<p>
	Electric mixer.
</p>

<p>
	 
</p>

<p>
	THE INGREDIENTS:
</p>

<p>
	For the Cannabutter you will need:
</p>

<p>
	~15 grams dried sugar-leaf trimmings or bud   (I do not mean just standard green fan-leaves.  They contain virtually no THC.  "Sugar-leaf" refers to the trichome-laden leaves and leaf-tips that are often trimmed-away when one is manicuring buds prior to curing.  Generally, these trimmings have too much carbon and leaf in comparison to the trichomes to be an enjoyable smoke; that's why we trim them away.  But they do contain sufficient trichomes to be used for infusions.  But just the same as buds, these trimmings need to be allowed to dry and cure somewhat in order to convert the chlorophyl and THC to the desireable compounds before being used here.  Obviously, the stronger your selection of materials, the stronger the effects, so you can use top-notch smokeable bud if you wish.)
</p>

<p>
	250-grams butter (unsalted)
</p>

<p>
	~300ml water (used at the end of the 2,5 hours simmering)
</p>

<p>
	 
</p>

<p>
	For the P-U-D-Cake you will need:
</p>

<p>
	4 eggs
</p>

<p>
	1/2 cup butter (In our case, 125-grams Cannabutter)  (This butter is for the bottom of the pan where the pineapples are.)
</p>

<p>
	1 cup light brown sugar
</p>

<p>
	1 can sliced pineapple rings (20-oz can has around 10-rings)
</p>

<p>
	~10 maraschino cherries, halved (I used about 20 whole; one cake had maraschino, the other had Amareto cherries)
</p>

<p>
	1 cup sifted flour
</p>

<p>
	1 teaspoon baking powder
</p>

<p>
	1/4 teaspoon salt
</p>

<p>
	1 cup white sugar
</p>

<p>
	1 tablespoon butter, melted (or you can set-aside a couple spoonfuls of Cannabutter)  (This butter is added to the batter.)
</p>

<p>
	1 teaspoon almond extract (I used about 1/4 cup sliced almonds.)  (Optional)
</p>

<p>
	The scrapings from the inside of about 1/2 Vanilla Pod, or 2 small packets of vanilla sugar (Optional, but the cake is better with the Vanilla.)  (Please don't use artificial flavorings.)
</p>

	If you are shocked by the amount of sugar in the above ingredients, you have a right to be.  I cooked two P-U-D-Cakes, one with Cannabutter and the full amount of sugar as seen above, and the other with normal butter using only 1/2 the amounts of sugar.  Both cakes are wonderful, and I believe for those who do not want so much sugar, the recipe might work as well with even 1/4 the amount of sugar.  Just remember that as the sugar decreases, the ganja taste increases.

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br><span style="color:rgb(47,79,79);">4 tablespoons cannabis butter or oil </span><br>	2 cups sugar<br>	1/2 cup cocoa<br>	1 cup milk<br>	1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br>	1/2 cup chopped nuts</p><p><em>It works best to use a candy thermometer for this recipe. </em></p><p>Grease or oil a 8 x 8 inch baking pan and set aside. In a large sauce pan combine the sugar, cocoa and milk. Stir to blend evenly and heat on high until mixture is boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Do not stir mixture once heat is reduced. Cook until temperature reaches 240 degrees F. Remove from heat.</p><p>Add cannabis butter or oil, vanilla extract and chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly until fudge has lost its sheen. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and allow to cool. Once completely cooled cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares</p>

<p>Ok so I've had my Volcano vaporizer for a couple of years now and really love it for numerous reasons..and I now have one more reason as I've discovered that all of that vaporized weed known as "vape poo" can actually be re-used to make potent, <strong>green</strong>, (it doesn't turn out brown like the vape poo) cannabutter!! Talk about economical...I mean that stuff was headed for the garbage and it just made really nice potent butter and is getting me nice and baked twice!</p><p><strong>The pictures I've posted are of me making it, but I can't take credit for the recipe, all credit goes to an actual trained chef, </strong><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>burnout88</strong></span></em><strong>, and I've provided both his post and the link to it. ALSO not sure why but the pictures all posted in reverse order </strong><img src="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/emoticons/default_blum3.gif" alt=":P" srcset="&lt;fileStore.core_Emoticons&gt;/emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20"><strong> The pictures you see of the saucepan are the resulting butter being melted gently to pour over the waffles and has nothing to do with making the cannabutter </strong><img src="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile3.gif" alt=":)" srcset="&lt;fileStore.core_Emoticons&gt;/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20"></p><p>A few things I will add..man I will say this..<strong>be prepared for the smell!!! </strong>While not unpleasant to myself or other ganja lovers it is VERY strong you will be doing this for 24 hours to extract all of the cannabinoids..as the post says if you live in an apartment it would not be recommended! You may notice in a few pictures there is a big container of ONA odour neutralizer lol.</p><p>Make sure you add enough water as mentioned..it separates from the butter anyways and adding "too much" will not dilute the butter in anyway. Ensuring there is enough of a volume of water means that you can confidently leave it unattended for long periods of time and it wont burn, but still keep an eye on it as my slow cooker runs a little hot and I had to add more water at the beginning.</p><p>Even though the concoction looks brown the end result once filtered if done properly will be a nice green colour as there is still a decent amount of cannabinoids in the vaped weed. Unfortunately the lighting and camera do make the final result at times look more brown than it is. It honestly is a nice green colour with only a little light brown colouring on the very surface where it was in contact with the lower water during setting.</p><p>I used 40 g's of saved already vaped bud - a combination of GHS Northern lights auto, Sweet Mango auto, and Super Critical, and 250 mL of butter to end up with the result you see in the picture..85 g's of butter. This is also one of the best ways to make weed butter with you shake/trimmings/bunk weed. I've also seen on one post that a vaporizer only burns 50% of the THC, this all depends on how dark you burn the <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> in the vaporizer, if you burn it to a dark brown you are burning 75%-%90, leaving 25%-10%, so using just one ounce will not result in a potent butter. When I use my volcano I burn it light brown, sometimes dark brown, I would guess then I burn from 60%-80%, and unless you are stop smoking when it still has some green in it will not burn just 50%. Alright now for the steps on making the butter and after I will tell you some ways I've used it before.</p><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Materials Needed</strong></span></p><p>-Vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> (I would use at least 1oz per 1oz of butter, since me and some friends combine our vaporized we use 1lb of vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> and a pound of butter, the result of this is a potent butter for heavy smokers, but I would not go at a ratio of less than 1oz of vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> per 4oz butter)</p><p>-Butter Unsalted (Amount depend on amount of Vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a>)</p><p>-Water</p><p>-Crockpot (A crockpot is has a much better ending result, and I would highly recommend getting a crockpot for making any weed butter)</p><p>-Cheese Cloth</p><p>-Mesh Strainer (optional)</p><p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Directions</strong></span></p><p>- Make sure crockpot will be large enough to hold you vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a>, the butter, and enough water to completely cover everything.</p><p>- Make sure the vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> is finely busted up, but not into a powder (if already a powder it will still work)</p><p>- Add the vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a>, butter, into crockpot, add enough water to completely cover everything (too much water is better than to little make sure there is enough water)</p><p>-Stir everything up; try to break up any clumps of <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a></p><p>-Turn crockpot on the lowest setting, this will need to run for 24 hours at this setting (i would recommend doing it this way, the reason being is when people end up with brown butter they have burnt it while making it, even when using brown vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> i end up with green butter, the crockpot will not burn the butter while heating and is safe to leave on for 24 hours basically unattended, and because it will run for 24 hours you will be sure to get most of the remaining THC leftover). I warn you though the smell will travel through your house, so I do not recommend people in apartments doing this. You also need to stir the mixture every now and then to break up any clumps forming. If you cannot leave it on for 24 hours, you can turn up the heat of the crockpot and do it for 12 hours, but then you will risk not getting all the left over THC and you butter might come out a little brown. Do not put crockpot on high heat, that will burn the butter and it will come out brown. The mixture does not need to boil, boiling will burn butter for sure if not done carful, even with the water. Also when boiling you will lose some of the butter and THC in the steam it lets off, with the low heat of the crockpot when I use a LB of butter my ending result is pretty close to a pound of butter, basically no waste.</p><p>- Don’t forget to stir the mixture every few hours to break up any clumps</p><p>- Once the 24 hours is complete, turn off crockpot, you will need to line a large mesh strainer with cheese cloth, if mesh strainer not available, cheese cloth alone will do.</p><p>- Find a container that will be able to hold the butter and water mixture, and either put the strainer lined with cheese cloth on top, or make a sort of lid on top the container with the cheese cloth, make it loose so it will be able to hold all the vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a></p><p>- Slowly pour the mixture of vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a>, water, and butter through the cheese cloth, be careful may be hot</p><p>- Once all the liquid drains through, wrap the cheese cloth around the wet vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a>, now with your hands squeeze out the remaining liquid into the container, the cheesecloth should catch every bit of vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> and you should be left with a green mixture of butter, water, and cream( the cream is a by-product of heating butter)</p><p>-If there is still <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> pieces in the liquid you can strain it another time through the cheese cloth.</p><p>-Once done straining put in the fridge overnight and the butter will harden on top the cream and water. You might have to scrape some the bottom of the butter to get any leftover debris off</p><p>-Done you have you potent vaporized <a href="http://www.rollitup.org/" rel="external nofollow">marijuana</a> <p>I as many others are exited about what's happening around the world with the legalization movement which I proudly support. And as many others I'd like to take advantage of the opportunities that comes with a new market that one have little more experience with then the regular businessman. And most of the users think, I wanna start a coffeshop, a cannapharmacy, become budtender, farmer etc. But what about a restaurant that only serve dishes related to cannabis. A few question comes of course.</p><p>1. Is cannabis enough as a theme on the food?<br>2. Should it be vegetarian, organic, vegan etc?<br>3. Should all, some or none contain THC?<br>4. If some of the food contains thc, is it ok to bring children?<br>5. Alcohol???</p><p>The last question, what would you like on the menu and what would you pay for it?<br><br>Peace</p>

<p>Hey boys 'n girls!</p><p>Today I baked <span style="color:#ffff00;"><strong>Free</strong></span><span style="color:#ffd700;"><strong>fall</strong></span><strong> </strong><span style="color:#008000;"><strong>Flap</strong></span><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>jacks</strong></span>.</p><p><img src="http://www.strainhunters.com/forums/uploads/gallery/album_51/gallery_9442_51_50380.jpg" alt="gallery_9442_51_50380.jpg"></p><p>Aall you need is:</p><p>--------------</p><p>15 minutes for preparation</p><p>45 minutes baking time</p><p>--------------</p><p>175g oatmeal</p><p>110g brown sugar</p><p>110g butter (i added 2g of <span style="color:#daa520;"><strong>high quality hash, moroccan</strong></span>)</p><p>1 teaspoon maple syrup</p><p>1 tablespoon ground ginger</p><p>- chop hash (I use a chopping knife) until it is finely ground.</p><p>- Place the syrup, hash powder and butter into a large saucepan and heat gently until the butter has melted into the syrup and stir well.</p><p>- Remove from stove, add oatmeal and ginger, mix it.</p><p>- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly to fill the tin making sure the surface is even - about 1inch or 2,50cm thick.</p><p>- Bake in the preheated oven at 150°Celsius for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven while the flapjack is still slightly soft, they will harden once cool. You could end up having a crazy high.</p><p>-xSOADxX075</p><table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td height="10">				 </td>		</tr><tr><td>				 </td>			<td>				</td>		</tr></tbody></table><p><strong>Marijuana BUD BARS</strong></p><p>Ingredients: One bag of Hershey's Chocolate Chips A quarter cup of powdered sugar <br>	[optional: if you want it sweeter <img src="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/emoticons/default_wink3.gif" alt=";)" srcset="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20"> ] A quarter ounce of your best buds In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips until slightly chunky. Then in a blender, put buds in until they are finely chopped. Then add the chopped buds into the chocolate. Add sugar if you want. Mix all together, let it stay on heat for about five minutes. Take off heat and let cool slightly. Grease a baking sheet or a candy bar shaping pan and pour the mixture into it. Freeze the chocolate mixture until completely firm. (Keep away from baking soda otherwise it will get that weird baking soda taste.) Cut into two inch bars. NOTE: You can use more or less bud in this recipe. </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Chronic Bud Brownies</strong></p><p>2 Eggs <br>	3/4 cup Sugar <br>	1/4 teaspoon Salt - <em>Optional</em><br>	1 teaspoon Vanilla <br>	2/3 cup Unsifted flour <br>	1/2 cup chopped Walnuts <br>	1/2 cup marijuana butter <br>	3/4 cup Powered Chocolate <br>	1/4 teaspoon Baking powder </p><p>Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a spoon, stir eggs with sugar and vanilla; add butter, Chocolate, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into egg mixture; add nuts. Spread into greased 8 or 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. For extra chewy brownies, use 8" pan and less baking time. For cake like brownies use 9" pan and longer baking. Cut into squares. Eat in moderation!</p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Pot Brownies</strong></p><p>1/2 cup flour<br>	3 tablespoons shortening<br>	2 tablespoons honey<br>	1 egg (beaten)<br>	1 tablespoon water<br>	1/2 cup grass<br>	pinch of salt<br>	1/4 teaspoon baking powder<br>	1/2 cup sugar<br>	2 tablespoons corn syrup<br>	1 square melted chocolate<br>	1 teaspoon vanilla<br>	1/2 cup chopped nuts <br>	Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix shortening, sugar, honey, syrup, and egg. Then blend in chocolate and other ingredients, and mix well. Spread in an 8-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Banana Bread</strong></p><p>1/2 cup shortening<br>	2 eggs<br>	1 teaspoon lemon juice<br>	3 teaspoons baking powder<br>	1 cup sugar<br>	1 cup mashed bananas<br>	2 cups sifted flour<br>	1/2 cup chopped grass<br>	1/2 teaspoon salt<br>	1 cup chopped nuts <br>	Mix the shortening and sugar, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Seperately mix bananas with lemon juice and add to the first mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, then mix all ingredients together. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Chocolate Chip Cookies</strong></p><p>Just make a regular chocolate chip cookie batch, your very favorite kind. Then look at the weed you're going to cook with and decide how many cookies you'd like it to make. So if you've got say a couple joint's worth, make maybe 3 or 4 cookies with it. Experiment with amounts. Maybe you've got just enough for one cookie. </p><p>Then to make sure all the THC is properly isomerized by heat (something I'm not sure would otherwise happen given the short cooking time and relatively low mid-cookie  temperature),  sauté  the  weed  in a  bit of vegetable oil in a little pan or pot at a low-med temperature 'til it's nice and aromatic and getting just a bit crispy and darker, but *not* to the point of toasted, brown, or god forbid, burnt in any way. Cool the oil/weed mixture down, then add however may cookies' worth of dough to the pan, mix it all up to get all the weed and now psychoactive green oil blended in, and then dollop out your special green cookies onto the baking sheet along with their paler non psychedelic brethren and bake away! </p><p>Hint: don't use too much oil to precook the weed, or the cookies will be too, well, oily. </p><p>Variation: don't use any oil at all to precook the weed, just stir it around in a dry pan, being again very careful not to burn any. I'm not sure which works best in terms of THC utilization - with oil or without, but I feel a bit safer using some oil because the heat is more evenly distributed and there's less chance of burning. </p><p>This last technique, cooking the weed in a dry pan, is from the famous early 70's primer "A Child's Garden of Grass" and does work very well if you're careful not to burn, allowing you to add the isomerized toasted grass to almost anything. </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Sesame Seed Cookies</strong></p><p>3 oz. ground roast sesame seeds<br>	3 tablespoons ground almonds<br>	1/4 teaspoon nutmeg<br>	1/4 cup honey<br>	1/2 teaspoon ground ginger<br>	1/4 teaspoon cinnamon<br>	1/4 oz. grass [marijuana]</p><p>What to do:</p><p>Toast the grass until slightly brown and then crush it in a mortar<br>	Mix crushed grass with all other ingredients, in a skillet<br>	Place skillet over low flame and add 1 tablespoon of salt butter<br>	Allow it to cook<br>	When cool, roll mixture into little balls and dip them into the sesame seeds </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Apple Pot</strong></p><p>4 apples (cored)<br>	1/2 cup brown sugar<br>	1/4 cup water<br>	4 cherries<br>	1/3 cup chopped grass [marijuana]<br>	2 tablespoons cinnamon</p><p>What to do:<br>	Powder the grass in a blender, then mix grass with sugar and water<br>	Stuff cores with this paste<br>	Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and top with a cherry<br>	Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees</p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Pot Loaf</strong></p><p>1 packet onion soup mix <br>	1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes <br>	1/2 cup chopped grass [marijuana] <br>	2 lbs. ground beef or chicken or turkey <br>	1 egg <br>	4 slices bread, crumbled <br>	 What to do:</p><p>Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf<br>	Bake for one hour in 400 degree oven<br>	Serves about six. </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Acapulco Green</strong></p><p>3 ripe avocados<br>	1/2 cup chopped onions<br>	2 teaspoons chili powder<br>	3 tablespoons wine vinegar<br>	1/2 cup chopped marijuana (grass)</p><p>What to do:<br>	Mix the vinegar, grass and chili powder together and let the mixture stand for one hour<br>	Then add avocados and onions and mash it all together<br>	It can be served with tacos or as a dip </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>STONIEST FUDGE</strong></p><p>This is the stoniest fudge you'll ever eat! You will need: <br>	4 cups sugar <br>	2 5oz cans evaporated milk <br>	1 cup Ganja Butter <br>	1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips <br>	1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme <br>	1 tsp. vanilla <br>	a candy thermometer -- important! <br>	a 13x9x2" (or close to that) square/rectangular dish </p><p>first, combine the sugar, milk, and Ganja Butter in a large pot. cook and stir on medium high until it begins to boil, then reduce to medium heat. continue to stir until the temp reaches 236 degrees (i told you the candy thermometer was important!) it should take about 12 minutes. Don't burn it! </p><p>remove the big pot from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. tip: if you have a microwave, nuke the marshmallow creme for about 20 seconds first -- that will make it come out of the jar easier. <br>	stir until well blended, pour into the pre buttered dish...this should make about 50 1.5 inch squares.<br>	each square is good enough for one person or two lightweights... enjoy! </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>Ganja Butter</strong></p><p>This is my recipe for Ganja Butter...lots of people make it differently but this works fine for my Ganja Fudge. This recipe will make you enough butter for the fudge recipe. </p><p>You will need: </p><p>three 1/2 cup cubes of butter <br>	a half oz. (or more if you got it) of marijuana leaf <br>	a splash of H2O </p><p>either a potato ricer or a package of cheesecloth and a wooden spoon <br>	a colander <br>	a big bowl (not the kind you smoke!) <br>	a big pot (see above) </p><p>First, melt that butter in your big pot (don't burn it!) and add about 1/4 cup of water. </p><p>Add your leaf and simmer, on LOW, covered, overnight or many hours if you can't wait that long. Note: your entire house will smell like a giant bong rip! </p><p>Remove from heat in the morning and cool slightly. When it's cool enough to handle, drain the leaf/butter mixture in a colander over a big bowl. Try to squeeze as much liquid out as you can - that's the good stuff! </p><p>When you've extracted all you can, either use a potato ricer or the cheesecloth to strain even more butter juice out of the leaf pulp. If you're using cheesecloth, use a couple of layers and twist the ends around a wooden spoon handle to make a crank which you keep twisting until you can't extract any more butter juice. </p><p>Cool the butter in the fridge, and viola! You're ready to spread it on a bagel (yum) or use it in the Ganja Fudge recipe! </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>HASCHICH FUDGE</strong></p><p>This one is an old-time favorite from the 1954 Alice B.Toklas Cook Book, <br>	(which anyone could whip up on a rainy day) </p><p>This is the food of paradise- 0f Baudelaire's Artificial Paradises: it might provide an entertaining refreshment for a Ladies' Bridge Club or a chapter meeting of the DAR. In Morocco it is thought to be good for warding off the common cold in damp winter weather and is, indeed, more effective if taken with large quantities of hot mint tea. Euphoria and brilliant storms of laughter; ecstatic reveries and extensions of one's personality on several simultaneous planes are to be complacently expected. Almost anything Saint Theresa did, you can do better if you can bear to be ravished by "un evenouissement reveille" </p><p>Take 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1 whole nutmeg, 4 average sticks of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon coriander. These should all be pulverize din a mortar. About a handful each of stoned dates, dried figs, shelled almonds and peanuts: chop these and mix them together. A bunch of cannabissativa can be pulverized. This along with the spices should be dusted over the mixed fruit and nuts, kneaded together. About a cup of sugar dissolved in a big pat of butter. Rolled into a cake and cut into balls about the size of a walnut, it should be eaten with care. Two pieces are quite sufficient. </p><div>	<hr align="left" size="1" width="500"></div><p><strong>MAJOON MONTEZUMA</strong></p><p>This is a traditional Indian recipe, given a slightly Aztec flavor. <br>	STEP ONE. BASIC CANNA BUTTER RECIPE. </p><p>Take four ounces of chopped leaf or two ounces of heads, and an equal quantity of gee or butter and place in a vessel. Add a pint of water, and slow boil for 1 - 3 hours allowing the fat molecules to dissolve most of the THC. </p><p>Leave saucepan to cool and settle, then place in the refrigerator. Wait until the butter sets, then take the layer of canna butter off the stinking brew. Most of the THC will be concentrated in the canna butter. Refrigerate for later use. </p><p>STEP TWO. CHOCOLATE MAJOON </p><p>Take 2 lbs. of sugar, and adding a little water, place it in a saucepan over a stove. When the sugar dissolves and froths, two ounces of milk are added;. A thick scum rises and is removed. More milk and a little water are added from time to time, and the boiling continued about an hour, the solution being carefully stirred until it becomes an adhesive clear syrup, ready to solidify on a cold surface. </p><p>Four ounces of powdered chocolate are stirred in, and lastly the canna butter is introduced, brisk stirring being continued for a few minutes. <p>Hello everyone</p><p>Today I wanted to share with you how I cook with cannabis</p><p>It's very simple i don't use a specific recipe for weed, I just take a normal recipe of brownies for exemple and there is more step :</p><p>You have to heat the butter with your grinded herb for a few hours.</p><p>I learned this from this video :

<p>2 cups olive oil. 1/2 oz buds or 1 of sugar leaf. saucepan with water, pour oil into a glass bowl or similar to fit saucepan keeping bottom from touching the water, you just want steam. don't let the oil boil, put plant material in and heat for 2 hours. let cool. strain the oil and plant matter through cheese cloth catching oil in pot underneath, strain cloth, make sure all the liquid comes out. discard plant matter. cook whatever you like that involves olive oil. work out strength, I start with half a tea spoon, give it up to half hour after first dose before trying again if not strong enough. any more recipes post here!!</p>

<p>Hi guys! here one of my favourite and easy recipe to make a little fondant au chocolat:</p><p>Ingredients for 10 fondant:</p><p>-250g butter;</p><p>-250g black chocolate;</p><p>-10 eggs;</p><p>-180g sugar powder;</p><p>-75g wheat flour;</p><p>-3/4g cannabis;</p><p>Heat the oven at 200°C</p><p>Spread inside 10 little pots for muffins with butter.</p><p>U have to liquefy the butter and the chocolate with "bagnomaria" method (heating the water not directly with the fire),and after u can add cannabis.</p><p>In another pot u mix up  eggs,wheat flour and sugar.</p><p>Mix it all togheter and put the risults in the little pots,after u have to cook for 10 minutes.</p><p>good break!</p>

<p>pot chocolate what you need is 1g of finely ground dry herb half a cup of cream a whole cup of milk and some hot chocolate powder of  your choice mint works well.</p><p>to start with you need to decarabalise your weed in the oven 130c for 15 min.</p><p>then warm milk and cream i  a pan add your weed and simmer for 30mins continuasly stiring i know pre roll a couple before hand lol.</p><p>once you have done that strain out the weed add chocolate powder and hey presto.  </p><p>best on an empty stomace. </p><p>   thanks enjoy.</p>

<p><strong>Lao Chicken Soup (Tom gai sai sa) </strong></p><p>"Tom gai sai sa" in Lao means Boiled Chicken with marijuana. This is a Lao chicken soup dish with the addition of ganja. Ganja has been used in Laos since ancient times for recreation and medicine. It is knowledge amoungst Lao people that Ganja is good for treating bad cases of diaorehoea and stomach pains.  This dish is a traditional way of consuming ganja that the whole family can enjoy. Although ganja smoking is not something that is done by everyone, Ganja Chicken Soup is something that all members of society can partake in - men, women, old people and children. It is not seen as a bad thing and is accepted as part of the culture. They say that they eat ganja chicken soup and then "muan"- have fun.</p><p>I have tried this soup many times and it is good. However if you are a heavy smoker this might give you just a small mellow feeling - but for people who don't normally use cannabis, this soup can get them really high!</p><p>For 4 people You need:</p><p>Half a chicken</p><p>sliced onion</p><p>1-2 sticks lemongrass</p><p>big slices of ginger</p><p>some galangal slices (if available)</p><p>some whole corriander root</p><p>1 decent sized Tomato (Sliced)</p><p>a little Tamarind (optional)</p><p>water</p><p>salt to taste</p><p>a generous amount of Ganja</p><p>1) put the chicken in water with the sliced ginger, sliced galangal, and lemongrass and onion. Begin to boil.</p><p>2) When the soup has been boiling for a few minutes, add the ganja and the corriander root. Add salt.</p><p>3) Boil untill well cooked and all the flavours blend into the soup. Near the end of cooking, add the tomato slices (this adds a little sourness to the soup).</p><p>Enjoy.</p>

<p>I lost my recipe but i still want to share the feel of what i baked.</p><p>I started with a recipe for a normal cake, threw in the weed and added some sour goodness to the cake.</p><p>I added about a teaspoon of lemon zest and all the juice i could squize out of 1 lemon and 1 lime.</p><p>I put the mix in a cake tin, put the tin in the oven and rolled myself a nice joint to last the wait.</p><p>When the cake was done baking and i was baked aswell i mixed an icing by mixing powdered sugar, Lemon juice, Lime Juice. covered and drained my cake with it and covered that with molten chocolate which hardened into a nice chocolate cover.</p><p>I let the cake rest for a while and rolled myself anotherone.</p><p>When done resting the cake was juicy, sugary, chocolaty and spacy as fuck.</p><p>I hope someone with a passion for cooking can try this out some time and tell me his/her experience.</p><p><a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/monthly_10_2012/post-17060-0-36212900-1350399645.jpg" rel="external nofollow"><img src="http://forums.strainhunters.com/uploads/monthly_10_2012/post-17060-0-36212900-1350399645.jpg" data-fileid="12387" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt="post-17060-0-36212900-1350399645.jpg"></a></p>
