First im going to tell you abit about myself... I feel i owe you guys because i've been here a long time on the forum. I had great conversations with the biggest stoners on here and in times of need i always had someone to talk to here. 

At the age of 6,
Basicly, me and my sister got abused by a babysitter.  We had to touch eachother whil he was watching in the doorway. 
Untill a point where i started realizing what i was doing was wrong and started feeling guilty about it. Ashamed of the monster i was...
But talking about it helped. A few good friends i opened up to told me everything will be okay. That it wasn't my fault. I didnt know better and my parent never really payed alot of attention to me and my sister. For years i have suppressed my emotions and feelings by abusing drugs, mindlessly browsing the internet, not knowing what to do... 
A good 5 weeks ago i started talking about my problems, made new friends. Finally my confidence is coming back, i am able to put aside my pride and ask for help, but most importantly, i can be open and honest about myself and who i am.  I am not afraid.


After all of this i have this urge to start a new life somewhere. 
There's just to much memory's here that remind me of the past... I can dance with the demons with i cant sleep with them... 
Jamaica seems like the only choice. Why? You may ask yourself... We'll i love growing plants and helping people. 

I want enjoy life, live peacefully and help people. 

I think i've deserved it after everything. 

This letter might shock you a little, but its my story and i need to tell it in order for people to understand me... 

I have to mention Bob Marley & Eminem, there songs and lyrics have been such an inspiriation. I cannot thank them enough for beeing who they are.

I'm going to try to cover whole parvati valley along with my two friends. We are also planning on camping(Only if it doesn't snow as we are planning to start on 15 december) . I have already been to kausal and malana. I am looking for more offbeat places where i can find fields cultivated with weed. If i can, by any chance know about the way that franco and other took for malana, i would prefer that as it seemed less crowded. They started from somewhere known as 'KIMA VALLEY'. I have fucking searched every part of google earth but can not find out where kima valley/trail is. Can anyone suggest me a trek of parvati valley, where i can see fields of weed and no people. 

I'm a general builder trained in fitting kitchens and bathrooms inc all carpentry, plumbing and electrics so I'm pretty good at constructing stealth systems.

What is Multiple Sclerosis?

Multiple Sclerosis or MS is a neurological and immune system disorder categorized as a chronic, inflammatory, and autoimmune disease in the body’s nervous system. Individuals with MS experience numerous symptoms as the immune system affects key structures in the nerve fibers known as the myelin sheath. It can affect various nerve fibers in the body and symptoms are generally linked to the location of the affected nerves. The disease may be mild at first but can progress to the point of becoming crippling. In the United States, there are around 400,000 diagnosed cases of MS with an estimated 2.5 million cases worldwide, according to Healthline. The disease affects nearly twice as many women as men and is found at higher rates in people with a family history of MS, those with diabetes, and those living north of the equator.

Multiple Sclerosis symptoms can include:

• Pain
• Muscle spasticity or stiffness
• Tremors or spasms
• Numbness or tingling in various parts of the body
• Vision loss in one or both eyes
• Double vision
• Tingling, pins and needles, or electric shock sensations, especially with certain movements
• Lack of coordination
• Unsteady gait
• Fatigue
• Trouble sleeping and insomnia
• Bowel and bladder issues
• Dizziness

• An oral spray form of cannabis was tested in another study. Individuals with MS using the Sativex oral spray, which is derived from cannabis, showed a considerable improvement in muscle spasticity. Sativex is now approved to treat MS in over 15 countries, although it is not yet approved in the U.S.
• An observational study in Colorado identified that the majority of observed MS patients who were also using medical marijuana card online showed fewer signs of neurological disability than their non-cannabis using counterparts. The same study also determined that for many cannabis users with MS the use of other medications was able to be reduced or discontinued.

Additionally, another cannabis component, CBD, has been recognized for having a major impact on the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. In the American Academy of Neurology’s guidelines for medical cannabis use, there was strong evidence that medical marijuana card online is a safe and effective therapy for muscle spasticity, pain, and spasms in MS patients. The strongest evidence indicated that CBD was best able to treat these symptoms.
