Arjan and his teams wins first part of the case against the goverment proposed weedpass.

On the 18th of April Arjan and a legal team of 4 lawyers were in court claiming the new legislation proposed by the Dutch State, that would ban tourists/foreigners from entering cannabis coffee shops, is a violation of the Dutch constitution.

Arjan and his teams wins first part of the case against the goverment proposed weedpass.

Advice given to the department of Justice by the department of personal privacy is a positive outcome coffeeshops

On 28 april at 10 am the court will make a decision, even if they make a negative ruling, with this advice the government will not be able to pull through there plans.

Congratulation to all the legal team that worked on that case!!

i read this is saving amsterdam, should we understand the rest of holland will still get the pass? Hopefully someone did something to save at least one place.

Thanks again to all the team, i hope amsterdam will see again another century of cannabis cup ;)

My lady friend. doesnt get it. I explained a little to her about the positive impact this kind of process will make for the future of medicine. Most important is the great news regarding relief for the poverty striken areas of the planet, as was graciously pointed out in the Malawi Documentary. Another step, Its all coming togeather.
