Pura Vida indeed.

Elektro didn't like it, he thought we went on a holiday first class.

Let me guarantee to you all, apart from the time spent at the villa, it has been a hard mission.

Think climbing 6 hours in the forest. Think 35 degrees, 95% humidity. Think organizing all this with the pirates.

;-)

what great memories.... goosebumps looking at it again.

What an amazing expedition.

I had a blast watching it and just loved the expression "Pura Vida"

Is the soundtracks available anywhere?

Yolo, just saw this coment. Was bit drunk that time and perhaps that we don't understand, what a mean is that it look like a vaccation and not a strain hunting trip, could be as hard as stone but it was no india movie, just a good docu. King in a pool, ok but i just want see herbs. :)

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
