Hello hunters!!! Finally i'm having the chance to start my journal for the cup... i'm gonna try to keep it simple... feel free to give your opinion at any time... hope you guys like it.. SETUP: Vegetation Room - 250W + 90W CFL Flowering Room - 600W HPS MEDIUM: Coco (70%) + Perlite (30%) NUTE: Powder Feed Hybrids Germination Process As Greenhouse guidelines, i was going to germinate them for 12 hours and the put them in the towel paper, but i forgot about that for a day so they ended up in the water for 36 hours... When i realized that, they were already opened and with some root out, but they were still floating... so i guess nothing bad really happened.. as soon i realized i moved them to the towel paper and let them grow a bit more until i moved them to the pot.. they were soaked on drinking water, with ec of 0.14, ph of 6.9 and a 26.5 ºC temperature... i'll have some more pictures soon, they are already popping out the medium.... when i get the pics i'll be updating.. that's all for now... wish everyone in the cup a good grow! Long time no see Well ive been interested for some time in becoming a seed-tester and finally wrote the E-mail to Franco and bam! i was a seed-tester (well actually not will first become one when i get seeds in water xP). At the moment the hps one is much bushier than the one under the 125 w altough they get the same fertilizer solution. today i transplant the smaller one i guess thats a reason too but she do it pretty fine for day 13 so im happy with those girls...

Hi everyone, Due to the work of my parents, we moved from Austria to Egypt where i visited the School there (British School). During my stay there i faced lot of adventures and new things which u only find in egypt. The climate is perfect for the cultivation of Cannabis for almost the whole year even a better climate than Marroco. Hash smoking is an important part in the egyptian culture and social life, you will find after work all kind of people (educated or non educated) are gathering to smoke Hashish, drinking tea and playing 3ud (music). My Father was always telling me stories in the 60 th and 70th you could get and smoke the best hash in coffeeshops ( kahwa) and there you meet Doctors, Lawyers, simple workers, Uni students were sitting together making jokes, talking about politics and smoking hash through pipes. A very social drug which is very much appreciated and very tolerated unlike alcohol which is not so much tolerated by the egyptian public. I visited in the red sea many hanf plantations and talked with the bedouins there who are very proud people and very hospitable and welcoming if they trust you. But unfortunately most of the farmers are uneducated and don't grow proper like isolating the males from the females, different pheno types, the nutrients all that make a huge difference in quality. Once i gave a farmer some feminized seeds (Super Lemon Haze) and some nutrients (PK 13/14, Canna tera flores), after few month i smoked that shit and it was one of the best weed and hashish i ever smoked so an intense aroma and the trichomes were big almost like grapes under the micro, the egyptian sun makes it possible to push the planet towards its maximum starting from the aroma to the potency, just incredible. The weed from Sinai is very very special although the farmers or growers have lake of knowledge. Everyone desribed Sinai as the land of the prophets because most of the prophets passed it.Sinai was the place in which Moses had spoken to God and divided the red sea by his stick, also Ibrahim had crossed it as well as Jesus and Maria. I'm not religious but you feel that this place is kind of holy and very special. Everytime i smoke in sinai weed or hash i got a new experience strating from the taste and aroma (earthy, woody, mango(most common), grapy) to the high ( a very heady high more sativa than indica). I built with the Bedouins a very good relationship and they treated me as a brother as i look very european and speak perfect arabic and that amazed them so much so they treated me like a family member and will even protect you with their lives when necessary,a very proud and independent folk.

Dezember 2012 [Please find the English version of the press release below] Oberverwaltungsgericht Münster: Patienten dürfen Cannabis zur Selbsttherapie anbauen Schwerkranke Bundesbürger dürfen unter strengen Voraussetzungen Cannabis zuhause selbst anbauen. Dies stellte das Oberverwaltungsgericht Münster in einem Urteil vom 7. Dezember 2012 fest. Die Begründung wurde nun veröffentlicht. Patienten, für deren Erkrankungen keine anderen und zumutbaren Therapien zur Verfügung stehen, jedoch von Cannabisprodukten medizinisch profitieren, können einen Antrag an das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) in Bonn stellen, damit sie im Rahmen einer ärztlich begleiteten und überwachten Selbsttherapie Cannabispflanzen in ihrer Wohnung anbauen dürfen. Bislang wurden solche Anträge auf Anweisung des Bundesgesundheitsministeriums grundsätzlich abgelehnt. Diese Praxis ist aber rechtswidrig, erklärte das Gericht. "Das Urteil ist ein Meilenstein auf dem Weg zu einer besseren Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit Medikamenten auf Cannabisbasis", erklärte Franjo Grotenhermen, Vorsitzender der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Cannabis als Medizin. "Denn Cannabisprodukte aus der Apotheke sind für viele Patienten unbezahlbar. Durch einen legalisierten Eigenanbau eröffnet sich für sie erstmals eine erschwingliche Alternative." Die Krankenkassen verweigern bisher überwiegend die Erstattung der Kosten einer Behandlung mit Cannabismedikamenten. "Dass viele Patienten deshalb auf illegale Quellen oder einen illegalen Selbstanbau ihrer Medizin angewiesen sind, ist unerträglich", so Grotenhermen. Patienten, deren Krankenkassen die Kosten einer Therapie mit cannabinoidhaltigen Medikamenten übernehmen, haben allerdings keinen Anspruch auf eine Genehmigung zum Eigenanbau. Dies stellte das Gericht im konkreten Fall bei einem an Multipler Sklerose erkrankten Kläger fest und gab in diesem konkreten Einzelfall der beklagten Bundesrepublik Deutschland recht, die die Erlaubnis zum Eigenanbau hier verweigert hatte. Der Kläger habe bisher nicht überzeugend darlegen können, dass das von seiner Krankenkasse bezahlte Medikament Dronabinol bei ihm nicht die gleiche medizinische Wirkung, wie der von ihm selbst angebaute Cannabis habe. Die Argumente der Bundesopiumstelle gegen eine grundsätzliche Erteilung einer Genehmigung für den Eigenanbau durch Patienten wurden vom Gericht jedoch vollständig zurückgewiesen. Das Urteil stellt klar: "Fehlt aber eine erschwingliche Behandlungsalternative, kommt die - im Ermessen des BfArM stehende - Erteilung einer Erlaubnis für den Eigenanbau von Cannabis in Betracht." Das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte könne beim Eigenanbau zu therapeutischen Zwecken von den Antragstellern keine Sicherungsmaßnahmen gegen eine Entwendung verlangen, wie sie von pharmazeutischen Unternehmen gefordert wird. Die Vorschriften des Betäubungsmittelgesetzes wie auch die internationalen Suchtstoffübereinkommen müssten so ausgelegt werden, dass die Erteilung einer Erlaubnis an Privatpersonen möglich ist. Der Anwalt des Klägers, Dr. Oliver Tolmein aus Hamburg, sieht nach dieser Entscheidung den Gesetzgeber gefordert: "Wenn das Bundesgesundheitsministerium nicht will, dass schwerkranke Patienten Cannabis zur Eigentherapie selbst anbauen dürfen, muss er im Krankenversicherungsrecht eindeutig klarstellen, dass die Krankenkassen bei entsprechend schwerkranken, sonst nicht behandelbaren Patienten die Kosten für cannabinoidhaltige Medikamente oder Medizinalhanf übernehmen müssen." Eine ärztlich überwachte Therapie mit Cannabis beziehungsweise einzelnen Cannabinoiden kann in Deutschland gegenwärtig auf zwei verschiedenen Wegen erfolgen: Einerseits können mittels Betäubungsmittel-Rezept der Cannabiswirkstoff Dronabinol, der synthetische THC-Abkömmling Nabilon und der Cannabisextrakt Sativex verschrieben werden. Andererseits kann eine medizinische Verwendung von Cannabis in Form von Cannabiskraut aus der Apotheke, das aus den Niederlanden importiert wird, erfolgen. Dies bedarf allerdings einer Ausnahmegenehmigung durch das Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte. Die Entscheidung des Oberverwaltungsgerichts ist noch nicht rechtskräftig. "Cannabis products from the pharmacy are unaffordable for most patients. Legalized growing of the plant at home opens up for them for the first time an affordable alternative." Patients whose health insurances cover the costs of a treatment with cannabinoid-based medications, however do not get a permit for self-cultivation the court made clear. In the particular case of a plaintiff suffering from multiple sclerosis the judges ruled in favour of the Federal Republic of Germany, which had denied him an approval for self-cultivation. The plaintiff had not been able to convince the court that the cannabinoid dronabinol, which is reimbursed by his health insurance, has not the same medical effect as cannabis cultivated by himself. The arguments of the BfArM for a general denial of approvals for self-cultivation by patients were completely rejected by the court, however. The ruling clarifies: "If an affordable treatment option is missing, a license for personal cultivation of cannabis has to be taken into consideration - at the discretion of the BfArM." The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices could not require applicants for self-cultivation that strict safeguards against theft, as are required from pharmaceutical companies. The provisions of the Narcotics Act as well as the international drug control treaties would have to be interpreted in a way that the granting of permission to private individuals is possible. The attorney for the plaintiff, Dr. Oliver Tolmein from Hamburg said that lawmakers are required to act after this decision: "If the Ministry of Health does not want patients to grow cannabis for self-therapy, is has to be made absolutely clear in the law on health insurances that they have to reimburse the cost of cannabinoid-containing medicines or medicinal cannabis for otherwise untreatable patients." A medically supervised treatment with cannabis or single cannabinoids in Germany is currently possible in two different ways: first, dronabinol, the synthetic THC derivative nabilone and the cannabis extract Sativex may be prescribed. Secondly, the medical use of herbal cannabis from the pharmacy imported from the Netherlands is possible. This however, requires a special permit from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices. The ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court has not yet become final. About a year ago I came up with a way to use a standard digital timer to run an abstract 16/12 cycle. I did not had the time to implement a test , but now I do. Now here how it works The difference is in hours of sun per week (hpw) on a standard 12/12 cycle you get 84 hpw on a 16/12 you get 96 hpw That is an extra days worth of sun in 1 week. over the coarse of a 8 week strain you gain over a weeks extra growth So here we go I started with a 11l dish tub with holes in bottom.( fits in the grow cooler perfect) filled it with coco and perlite I threw super critical and a mk ultra clones in. Then into the mini grow cooler. Now to set timer Monday at noon on Tuesday at 4 am off Tuesday at 4 pm on Wednesday at 8 am off Wednesday at 8 pm on Thursday at noon off Thursday at midnight on Friday at 4 pm off Saturday at 4 am on Saturday at 8 pm off Sunday at 8 am on Sunday at midnight off Now we see if my cycle works

Hi Dust ! I can only imagine that is what happens when you grow 5 or 6 strains at the same time and reap a bit everday - you just cannot put all stuff together and with each new harvest the main interest shifts.. . Anyway - this was the best that could happen to me. I had 2 Bubblegumers with very different phenos one got that pink chewing gum flavor one looked more like a Bonsai tree and was a favorite of mine - that got harvested very early after the Autos and to avoid mix up and to cure it real good I stahed most of it - a good ounce after drying for long term curing. Why I forgot that.. well blame it on smoking since 40 years...lol. Now i do know why Greenhouse is so strict on the drying + curing process and why it is important to stash it away in paperbags in a climate controlled room for 3 to 5 month. Only then you get the best smoke ! Now I know that this is nothing but the truth.. The stuff was diirectly beside my bed in a record carton with lots of more paper inside to cover it - soo it was in a dry and only modestly warm room with proper ventilation but in the dark and untouched for 14 to 18 weeks roughly. The results speak for themselves Please doubleclick on the following pictures to see the beautiful sugar coating - no mold no nothing, just pure dry + properly cured weed, that tastes wonderful. Okay you lose 30 percent weight easily, but if you want it for your own medicine it is worth it ! Usually I am a bud lover, but now it is the shake I want first for my own supply. Must share some with my buddies for christmas - Imagine their looks when I tell them i just found 20 gram High grade..lol Santa Claus i hear ya coming ! Regarding why I don't show the Damnesia more often. I want to surprise the reader not bore him with just small progress. The rules said something about once every two weeks and I am in around 1 week or so. Did some hair cutting on the boys, wanna try out if that helps getting bigger buds or not. dust: yeah man i was thinking that as well especally white lemon #2 it looks like its sort of like a yellowish green and could uee alittle more nutes so i up'd the dose slightly and am keeping an eye on it. but yeah man good eye tho both the powderfeeding plants need alittle more of a dose i think its because i used less then the recommended amount for young plants the doseages are pretty smack on with the powderfeeding where other nutirent i always find there suggested amount is always a little hot but because i havent grown this strain before i wanted to be cautious but it need's a little more so a little more they will get. i like spoiling my ladies when i can.

Well, then everything is in place. Everything you see in the pictures are new, Grow Tent 1.2 four pieces Water Farm. I will run with Franco's magic nutrient and in the veg stage I run a 400W MH lamp. And the flower I run a 600W HPS lamp. I will have two different strains two pieces Super Bud and two Kalashinkova. I will do updates every week. its update day... juuhuuuu i will make 3 posts this one for the AG, one for the rest of the flower tent and one for the Autofloweringf i try in diffrent times and this only because i´m to lazy to inscribe the pics so the ladys are fatten up but i had a little EC problem with the acapulco gold. She is really fussy with the EC and i didn´t realize tthat my batterys are low so she had week too much but not bad i flushed her a few days ago clear water PH 6.0 and know i let her dry out, after this i give her one time a 1.8 fertilizer mix and than only water i don´t know how long but the trichomze are still milky so i think she get harvested at at the end of sept. so she had a time to recover and fatten up more. too bad that i can´t share this smell you guys would love it!!! i made the pics before i toke off the brown leaves...

thanks alot for stopping by everyone, so i figured in the meen time inbetween post's i would share a few bud pic's just a little bud porn to show my appreshiation for everyone stopping by. some lovely nugget's i picked up today at my local dispensary. the first is one i have posted pictures of resontly but this is just different buds from the same grower same crop just purchased today insted of a few day's ago. this bud is so amazing it stiinks of kush its really crystal covered but i did manage to find a few seeds in some of the buds so i will be growing this strain out in the near future for sure so keep an eye out for that. Platinum kush and again another i have posted resontly but different buds becasue i purchased it today, its purple kush this bud is really awsome as well nice and kushy this batch has a strong afghani styple presence's which is unusual for purple kush i find most of the time the hindu kush really comes out especally in the odor but this batch has a definate purple afghan odor to it that is dominate and the kushyness is more suttle still very nice probably one of the best purple kush batchs i have had in a while. purple kush

Tambien e necesitado una cuchilla, una bolsa de cogollos y algunos cuencos. Recuerdo que a de hacerse siempre en exterior y sin fumar...... First ask the bellboy if he can get any good smoke.more than likely he'll ask you first. He might start naming popular strains such as the usualslike white widow ,skunk, ect. Just tell him your looking for something from the island. I've seen everything from brown schwag to some really nice lime green buds smothered in trichomes .Everybody going to say they got the best, just use your best judgement,look, smell and then discuss price. Ask the front desk for their favorite cab driver. Those guys most always have the best connections and will take you their. Treat your hosts just like you like to be treated and you will have one of the best 420 vacations ever. Oh yeah, ignore the hawkers on the beach. Sorry, a bit late on this weeks update... Or should I say, last weeks update.. Either way, here it is. Over the past 10 days, my plants were showing real signs of trouble. My soils ph was way to low and I didn't do anything fast enough to stop the damage. It really shows though on the Granddaddy Purple #1 I basically had nute lock out. So I foliar feed them for the past 10 days... Finally, their growing again and lookin healthy... I moved them 3 days ago, into my tent under the HID set on 600 watts... Still on 18/6... Will change to 12/12 when my soil ph is steady. About one more week I believe. Flushed them yesterday with water and some water soluble lime. Used 1 tsp per gallon. As long as I'm foliar feeding, I can work my Ph up nice and easy. So on with the pics... Blue Dream up first. Today, she's 24 days old: Next up, Granddaddy Purple #1 Now this one actually got stunted and took the low Ph real badly.... But it is coming out of it. I'm hoping it's a male so I can pull it OK, Granddaddy Purple #2. Hoping for my female in this one Here's my Querkle.. day 24 Ok, that's it for now.... Comments and suggestions always welcome....

Wow..can you say paranoid? Dude I grew out a couple of gorgeous moby dicks from GHSC..MOST POTENT I've ever had..and I am daily medical user with access to best of the best medical dispensary strains. Here are the pics of the new AMS and Kalshnikova seedlings, we put the seeds in cogr on the 13th for the first time and with a germination of 39 out of 40(after 3-4 days), it went very well! :-) The numbered ones are the Kalashnikovas autos and a few other AMS

Couldn't find it at a better moment, just when i ran out of cured weed and a few days before harvesting the new stuff - plus christmas around the corner.. This fine picture shows the structure of the original strain best and how important proper long term storage in paper bags really is - brings out all terpenes + breaks down all chlorophyl, you lose weight but gain flavors + potency.

Thanks man There's so much fluffy stuff from the waist down. I'm apprehensive about pulling off too much. I don't want to stress them out any more than is necessary. My guess is I should wait 5-6 days between trimming sessions. Also not taking too much off each time. Should have done this long ago but no point thinking like that. tokage: what i meant is exactly what fran.gh replied... i had trips in my indoor and before placing more plants in there i want to make sure that there is no trips at all, so i asked what can i do about that. about the way i dry it, its because i dont have a lot of space and i dont like mixing the production... even if its same genetic i store each plant separetly, always tastes a little different. fran.gh: excelente articulo el que me pasaste, hoy me pongo con lavandina y agua a lavar todas las paredes asi el finde puedo pasar las plantas que tengo vegetando (que de todos modos les tuve que poner mamboreta porque los trips tmb llegaron a ellas y con el phitonat se iban pero volvian) saludos!

@Dust: As long as we don't get any mould;-)...I think we will get a better harvest then last time. The quality will be better for sure because this time we will harvest them when the terpines are really done! Can't wait to have a new stash of A.M.S. she's really nice for pain relief :-) @Tokage: the hash has an extreme effect, at the moment I'm filtering my second batch, will post some pics later this week. Next week I have the week off, so will see you in the chat and we will smoke an ice together! The humidity has been a little problem this week(up to 55%) because the air was too warm what we sucked in, we rerouted it last night and at the moment it's 46% during the nightcycle @23.6degrees, guess it's oke for the night. Tomorrow they are at week 7, we are aiming at 10-11 weeks. Normally AMS is ready after 8 weeks but because we started them from seed and not from clones, we give them 2-3 weeks extra(or as long as they need). Tomorrow I will give them PK for about a week, then they will get a week bloom nutes and after that we start to flush them with cannazyme, so the plants are clean and we can re-use the slabs. We already started with the new seedlings, tonight I will post some pics of them.

i had a bad feeling about the Autos in the Greenhouse and my premontion was confirmed yesterday, the Think Diffrent start to mold at the top so i cut it off. the rest is mold free and i hope it stays so, we have the first really sunny day since 2 weeks but according to the weather report only for the next 3 days....
