6 likesWhile out walking yesterday I came across a bin liner containing stalks and a root ball from our beloved herb dumped at a local beauty spot. This is by no means the first time I've seen this in my area. Iv'e seen Nutrient bottles, what looked like the best part of a grow room (Mylar sheeting plywood pots and clay pebbles) and on one occasion literally hundreds of bin bags each containing 2 root balls at regular intervals along a lonely road which looked as if they must have been thrown from a moving truck. If you Grow it it is YOUR responsibility to dispose of any waste responsibly, ideally by recycling. If you can' t then you have no business growing it and your herb will be crap anyway 'cos it's contaminated by your bad karma.

5 likesAfter reading xxx's thread I decided to give the White Rhino a go. Seeing that I'm a noob on the forum, I will start small and gradually move up. Attached is the WR in her new home. She is being kept in a veg state by using a 85W cfl. I'm still considering whether I'll do a full pc grow or if I'll flower her out in a micro scrog box. The box is already build. Just need a new facelift and a movement of fans and we are all set. I will be having thread on that box build. I just love DIY. Especially after a wake and bake. Will be starting tomorrow morning ( Monday ) Soil: 30% Coco Coir 50% Perlite 20% Compost Feeding: Homemade worm tea Worm Compost Top Layer Pot Size(s): Pc Grow - 15cm (10inch) Micro Scrog - 5L ( not sure of gallon size ) Am I forgetting something???? Blessings

3 likesUPDATE TIME: I kept this White Rhino quite for a while cause we all know what a veging plant looks like. And with Micro, veging doesn't look as cool as HPS or Outdoor plants. She is now 3 or 4 weeks into flower. ( Didn't keep track ) I took her this morning and just went ape shit with trimming and cleared ALL bottom growth to focus only on the main colas. I will from now on update a bit more with pics. ( Think I manged to sort out my upload prob Mr.Green) I also noticed that she started pushing out Pink Pistils which is quite cool for me. Hopefully she keeps it up. That's it for now Love and Light

1 likeDone an other feeding and removed the flower inducing equipment girls are on there own with the sun once more, PH 6.4 EC 1.8. They don't have sun whole day so when flowering started I've done a little suplemental lighting now obvious clusters have been formed that is not helpfull anymore since it was only 60 watt cfl till 14:30 after that they have direct light from the sun. Some more flower pictures.

1 likeI am so sorry to have to show u guys these plant abuse photo's..... I was recently involved in a bicycle accident and just completely shattered my wrist... got a titanium plate and multiple screws holding my wrist together now... kinda put a hold on everything in my life... Lord willing the cannabis plant will deal with more abuse than one person alone can throw at it!! so today I went finaly to check the heavy metal levels in the growing solution I got her in.... was looking dismal to say the least... the PPM was reading 37 parts per MILLION! so even cleaner than my city tap water... it comes out at 77... no wonder she was showing some stresses.... ie brown leafes... yellow leafs.... and so on... so I went to the far edge and took some water from my fish tank... dirty water... and dumped it into the 5 gallon bucket about 8 cups worth... the PPM went from 37 to 49... and as I write this she is chilling in that 49ppm water.... kinda curiose if dirty fish water can feed a plant.... in hydro.... any input would be much enjoyed... I am tempted to toss a bit of nutes in there via commercial nutes... I'll wate to see what u guys suggest.. now for the pictures.

About us
Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.
Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
