It might not look like it, but a lot of hard work is occurring in the background without pictures. I am sieving Kilos and Kilos of rocks and clay out of all of the soil, one wheelbarrow after another, alternatively mixing excellent compost into the refined soil. All that while I wait on some wooden glue-lam beams to be fabricated for me. Finally the beams are completed. Now I have to cut them as exactly as I can to fit the outer dimensions of the concrete. They will be affixed to the concrete foundation using 12 of these bolts, washers and nuts, and a 2-part concrete epoxy. The wood will be counter-bored and through-bored, and the concrete will be bored according to the Diagramm. To even-out any uneven spots in the concrete surface and to insulate between the wood and the concrete, I have installed sheets of construction foam onto the concrete before installing the wooden beams. Here are some Pictures to follow. This is my pet sabre-tooth long-hair panther, named Meekesh. If you rub his belly nicely, he will happily sink his long teeth deep into your arm. If you touch your nose to his (one of his favorite games), he will make it easier for you to breathe.

Decided to register here to hopefully get some solid information hopefully in the forum of Grow journals about the strain "Big Tooth" Haven't really taken the time yet to scroll through the forums yet. But I'll get around to that later this evening. The "Big Tooth" will be grown in soil & flowered under a 1000watt HPS. Anyhow greetings to everyone and hopen to see some of you around the forum & hopefully see some current and completed diarys with Big Tooth featured in them. Skunkbudda403

Day 36 She is 67cm tall which is not bad but also not good. Between 80cm and 1m is a good height for an Auto if I may say so. Anyways I am looking forward to her. She has long internodes though. Probably some fat buds then Sorry for the dirt in the tent. Was just cleaning up.

Thanks for the Welcome Tokage. What's the active community like on the forums here. Took a look around the grow journals and didn't find any grow outs with the Big Tooth Strain from Seed Hunters. Actually have found nada online except one unfinished & dead outdoor grow for this strain. I'm just at the beginning stage of the grow. And only germinated the beans yesterday, but I'm having good success rate with them cracking already. I'll keep getting a feel for this site and see if I won't add a journal here on this site, as I'll be keeping a regular journal on another forum I do grow outs on. Yes Canada is a lovely place to grow & we grow some top quality buds all over this country! Gunna try and figure out how to add photos and then maybe bang up a journal here for those IntresTed in this strain.

Bam nice to hear that you experiment on new mediums. just one sugestion: check the PH of the palm "soil". we have it as well, the come in 250l bags and are around 15€. my concetn is that it has very low PH (3.5-4.5) and when mixing it into coco I didn't need zo PH my nutes(from tap without PH- it was around 7.2-7.5). but the plants didn't like it during the flowering period as mich as they love pure coco or cocoRW mix. keep up the good work and keep us posted about your results. bless you peace man

I'll be waiting to see your latest pictures. I've just starting my plants this week, up here in the Great White North we have to wait a lot longer to start. I'll start an outdoor grow thread soon as I've done for the past 2 years. I have some very interesting strains from Ace.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
