Richard Branson was in Barcelona on Wednesday to accept the Cannabis Culture Award on behalf of The Global Commission on Drugs Policy and to move the debate on the war on drugs forward. and something else. its not just about us, its also about you, if you get a import license, you will start the cycle, but if you just rely on others, you might be waiting a long time. So if you feel you are justified to import seeds because of your situation, that importation rules dont apply to you, contact your local customs agency and get a license. Maybe canada health or similar organisation can help you. the more people that request it, maybe they will do something about it.
