honestly I measure the pH of tap water (up to 7.9 usually get). Then squeeze half a lemon and distributed in 3 water bottles of 2 liters each. I hope 24 hours to mix well, and also evaporates the high level of chlorine that also brings water in my city. Finally controlled the ph again and I get between 6.5 to 6.9 max. Then watering plants. Lemon alone doesn't stabilize the pH of water. It's "manual" based on a measure of 1 lemon per 12 liters of water That's the process I follow. Hope this helps.

With half a lemon squeezed you can reduce, in 6 liters of water, the pH from 7.9 to 6.5

I forgot that. Here in my city the pH is too high (7.5), then I regulate the water with lemon, which gives me a stable pH (between 6.7 - 6.9) than using vinegar. Regarding the EC, I think the absorption of nutrients is not optimal and I think it's my ignorance of how to regulate this variable.

Needless to mention that the mites did not appear anywhere.

by way of thanks, here I upload white lemons harvest of testing against small mites. The race is pretty good, has a very strong citrus smell.
