  1. Report Part 2 Now 4 weeks since I popped the babies in the soil.As you can see 3 out of the 4 are doing good. The Great White Shark (GWS) is growing at the quickest rate and seems the strongest and has recovered best from topping. [Now 25cm] . This is closley followed by the Trainwreck (TW), which has great internode structure [Now 20cm]. The Cheese plant is quite small compared to the GWS and TW, but looks very healthy [Now 15cm]. I am getting a little concerned with the Lemon Skunk (LS) as the grow rate is extremley slow in comparison to the others and to other previous strains i have grown. The top two leaves seem very dry and almost crispy. Looks like it has reacted badly to the fertilisers as also some gold patches on the leaves [Now 10cm]. Overall happy enougth so far, getting twitchy as want to get them flowering asap, but for now will continue vegging them. I will reasses in a week as am hoping the lemon Skunk perks up as really looking forward to smoking it.
  2. Thanks for moving the report! Thought it was strange that I could not find a grow report section.
  3. Getting mixed up between croping and topping. On my last trial i nipped out the middlemain stem twice to split into four, I am planning on trying this same method on some of the side stems, to create a smaller cola ridden plant. All about trying to improve the yield per plant, as 65g my best effort so far. Have mainly been experimenting with some out door stuff, as much cheaper if anything went wrong, but they are exceeding all expectations so far.
  4. Need some malawi gold seeds, just to shut up a mate who visited there and smoked the best stuff ever. !

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
