hi, well i have change the pot, let dry and now they look to start to be better. the yellow traces on the new leaves start to be gone too. So i think that was just a overwatering who make a problem with the roots during the 3 first weeks.

I watering 300ml every 5 or 6 days but i see than the soil is dry on the surface but stay wet on the half and bottom that's why i have a overwatering. I watering 200ml now and we'll see.. I have 4 leaves deads now on my plants and the other start to be yellow too

I think this is a overwatering.

ok i gonna do a flush. the ph of the soil is always stable at 6.5 and the same for the water. It's more bad since yesterday. now the lower leaves start to be fully yellow and they have brown spots now.

You can see strange yellow 'dots' on the first picture. I have checked for the bugs and it's not that.
