Hi i wonder how to do on flower time most i put black plasticbags on the plants 12 auer?

Hi i have 11pots hole the cykle and they have flower 7 weeks now and they are 60cm long are the pots for small? Mayby i set them when they are 20cm next time...

I have one 600w hps and one 1000w and i think i get more yield if i use 1000w? And where can i buy 1500w ballast?
