  3. hey everyone, finally had time to get on here and write an intro! ill be on often, just had to get the laptop back and running. name's Daniel i just started this first time grow for my uncle who has cancer, and I am hoping to ease his pain a bit with these magical plants. he doesn't know about it, i'm hoping to surprise him within a month or so. anyways, i was brought onto the site by "Dust" and his awesome feed on instagram! he's helped me quite a few times on there and i figured i'd join here and get more helpful advice, and later on be able to give some advice as well! for this grow i have in progress i have one Roadrunner Auto and one Somango auto female... we're at day 7 today (since first real leaves) and they're looking very good. although we have a good road ahead. my Instagram account is "firsttimemedical" as well, and i post pictures daily of just my grow. http://statigr.am/firsttimemedical anyways, not sure what else to post so feel free to ask away. for the grow i am using a 4sq foot space about 4 feet tall. have 4-5 small fans all around sucking air out and one putting fresh in. i have 2 FL full spectrum grow lights and 2 cfl at 6000k for now using only water at 6.0~ PH and will begin using FOX FARM TRIO next week. dust is convincing me to begin powderfeeding but im still a little confused about it for my autos. well, cheers! any input post away. hope to meet everyone! -D

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
