My only true interest is to gain as much knowledge as I can about cannabis. It's cultivation, the culture, the history, and what it will take to make it legal.

thank you guys so much...and I really am hoping I do have the real blue cheese...the calix's do have that skunky smell but I think I just have to be patient and I will definitely put pics up of the finished product ...now on another note my indoor project is also a little on the fritz....I cloned a beautiful white widow x AK-47 (White Russian) mother got six cuttings an im about done with the grow cycle but the plants are only showing 5 an 3 leave formations not 7 or 9. A recent grow mentor said this was a normal thing because of cross breading some plants will only have 1,3 and 5 leave formations but to my knowledge 5, 3, and 1 leaf formations meant male...could something of happened that caused them to herm out even if they were cloned from a female? an if I have hermed theses poor girls should I keep growing them out for them feminized seeds? is it possible to herm them back??

I have recently started an outdoor grow of 4 blue cheese plants. They are big an beautiful, but I didn't start them from seed. I was short on time an had to settle for clones from a dispensaries. Now I'm unsure if what I have is really "blue cheese". Due to the fact that they are showing sativa dominant traits rather then indica dominate traits. How could I further investigate the matter? Can the smell determine anything? Or do I just have to sit on my hands till harvest? I would really like to know the strain i have but Im very new at figuring that out without smoking it. Can any one help me?

Hi there. I'm the green thumb grower and I very new to being in a forum community. I know the basics of how every works an the basic ediquette but the whole thing is still a little overwhelming, but I can't better my skill without asking questions and trying new things. I hope to learn a lot from this community of like minded people. Thank you for your time and your knowledge Sincerely, GTG
About us
Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.
Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
