hi im using a 5 gallon DWC system, using flora series by general hydroponics, 4 cfls, water ph 5.3-5.9 Yesterday I decided to start 1/4 strength nutes and after I came back from work I was horrified about how my baby looked. So I drained everything and went back to cal-mag solution. im posting before and fter as well as close ups? Could someone tell me whats going on?

Hey guys this is my first test grow and my baby is about 3 weeks old. At first all the stems were green but then as the plant grows the lower leaf stems turn deep purple but main stalk remains green. She was on a 1/2 nutrient solution in a DWC. As soon as I noticed change I put her strait back to ph'ed water and calmag solution. since then nothing has changed but she still looks healthy to me and continues to grow normally. If you guys could explain what is going on that would be appreciated oh and the strain name was Sour Lemon started from seed. Thanks a lot!!!

Hello everyone im new to the site and the growing world. I've done countless hours of research and will be starting my first grow of DWC Black Jack and Sour Lemon Haze within the next couple weeks, I will post pictures and use the site for help if needed!
