Ec of run off is really high but plants look good?

I'm using the hybrids powder feeding in soil and my ec meter only goes to 3.2 and the reading is higher than that as is flashes like mad on 3.2

So I'm using ghsc powder feeding in soil and really liking the powder feeding so far. Plant look really health and no nute burn, which is normally my problem. The other day I thought I should check my runoff ec to see if I needed to feed more or less. The ec was off the scale that my meter can read! So now I am worried! The plants are about a foot tall and I am just about to switch into flower. Any help would be really appreciated

Also do I need to reduce the ph of my water when just giving water? My tap water is ph 7.5

Hi, I have recently started using ghsc powder feed. In the instruction it says to ph the nutrient mix when using it with soil but a lot of people say not to ph with soil? Could anyone help with this as I am worried about doing the wrong thing
