Drying and curing in paper bags

Hi everyone, I have a short question: on a YouTube video I understood that after you've harvest your plant you dry and cure (3-5 months) the cannabis in paper bags in a cooler. Do I have to dry the plant for about 10 days before I put them in a paper bag or do I have to put the tops in paper bags immediately after I've cut the plant. Thanx for answering my question.

Hi everyone, I'm from Holland, I did one grow , White Widow and I'll have a second grow. So I have to do some homework and read a lot at this forum. Outlook of this forum looks very good and I hope I'll get some help and tips from you growers. The way I buy my GHSeeds is just to go to Amsterdam and go to a shop 5 min of Central Station. They do not have all the seeds but it is good enough for me. So long everybody,
