Money Maker Harvest

Hello, I'm currently growing Money Maker strain. Today it's precisely 50 days into flower. I've been trying to inspect trichomes so I'll know when to harvest; I have problems however recognizing whether they're milky or clear (lol). I have 60x magnifier - I just "think" the're milky. I haven't seen any amber on buds, there were a few on the small bud leaves though. My question is, should I start flushing the plants now? I will take some pictures of the buds when I get home and post it here. Maybe someone could help Thanks
