Hello to everybody in the comunity, my name its David, im from Tucuman (Argentina), im starting for the first time with a Indoor and i will be gratefull if you can releas me from a couple of doubts and give me some tips you think necesary, from now on im gratefull for everyone who can answer (i apollogize from my english if you read something wrong ) Im starting with 2 plants in a space of 50 x 50 x 130 cm iluminated by 2 lamps LFC of 65w ich one, the plants allready have like 1 month of grow and going by his 6 noddle with a height of 40 cm almost. Im thinking to go on Floration with LED reflector light for the economy of consume and fresh goin (no so many heat produced). ...Now my questions if you can help 1 . If both plants result female i can go on floration in the same space without problems? 2 . Right When you know the sex of the plant you got to change light period for floration or its convenient to wait some more time still? 3 . witch amout of Lumens its Opimal for my space during the floration period? (So i can calculate the number of LEDs necesary 4 . wicth kind of fertilizer do you recomend and when start to use it...? ...WELL IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WILL BE VERY GRATEFULL OF YOUR TIPS Hola a toda la comunidad, mi nombre es David y soy de Tucuman (Argentina), estoy comenzando por primera vez con un Indoor y agradeceria me aclaren algunas dudas y me den todos los tips que les parezcan convenientes, desde ya muchas gracias a los que se tomen la molestia de contestar Estoy comenzando con 2 plantines en un espacio de 50 x 50 x 130 cm iluminado con 2 lamparas bajo consumo de 65w cada una, las plantas ya tienen como un mes de crecimiento y van por su sexto nudo con una altura aproximada de 40 cm. MI idea es hacer la parte de la floracion con reflectores LED por una cuestion de economia de consumo y baja emision de calorias Ahora mis preguntas : 1 . si ambas plantas resultan hembras puedo hacer el floramiento en el mismo espacio sin problemas? 2 . apenas se sabe el sexo de las plantas se cambia el periodo horario para comenzar la floracion o es conveniente esperar un poco mas de tiempo todavia? 3 . que cantidad de lumenes son necesarios para el espacio en que estoy haciendo el Indoor? (para hacer el calculo de la cantidad de reflectores LED necesarios) 4 . que tipos de abono son convenientes y cuando comenzar a administrarlos? *IF THE SPANISH ITS TO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND I CAN RE WRITE IN ENGLISH YOU CAN ALSO ANSWER IN ENGLISH WITHOUT PROBLEMS THNKS YOU ALOT FOR THOSE WHO ANSWER <3 PLEASE POST HOW YOU SEE THEM FOR THE TIME THEY GOT, LIKE 1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKS NOW, I WILL THANK ANY TIPS

thanks Pal, the last pic where the plants looks a little short of space its from the VEG area, they are growing fast but i have no place for relocate them till i have flowered the first ones, still i think im learning alot with this first ones so maybe the second run will have a bether ending

Well i have to say i am using it but didnt know really was so harmfull, i will change them then, what do you recomend? It is my first time growing so i expect i will have some mistakes more yet, jajjaja, i hope you tip me as much as you can, im eagering to know bether, regards pal!

Growing little buds allready and good news, the other plant its also a girls but are too small to take pic of them the second plants run ok in the 5 week Well Fellows, i hope your plants are doing just fine, im very glad with mines XD. Oh, Really awesome Man, I Love Japanese culture and my Karate Style its from Okinawa so we plan to get back in a couple of years (if we can save the money once again, LOL), its a little hard for us because of the exchange of money but we got to try PD: where are you from there?

Hello everyone in this forum, even if some of you allready know me i never really introduce myself here because i did from the start in a indoor topyc asking for some help... but, anyway, here i am making it in a proper maner Im a fresh new indoor grower making my first experience and geting skills in the road, Im from Argentina (Tucuman) and here, in the North-West of my country its a little Hot almost all the year so im trying to put in shape a indoor with LED lights (not specific for growing sadly) 2 x 100w RGB for flowering and CFL for VEG 2 x 65w, im growing on organic Soil with some perlite for bether water absortion... Floration area its 120 x 50 cm and have 2 coolers x 10 cm for air exchange and 1 ventilator for air circulation, same on the VEG area but with a size of 50 x 50 cm. For my first experience im just using some regular seed, no strian, but im very eager for getting some good strains to grow and show I let you some of the lastets pics i take from my girls, at least one of them allready show her sex (the bigger one by luck ), and anothers from the VEG area. With not much to say, Glad to be part of this group already, good grow, and good smoke fellows!

Yes, happily they are, dont worry about you growing, just take care of them and put some love into and they will be fine, besides here is alot of people to help you in the process the same way they did it with me, any question or doubt just make a post and we will try to make the best for them My tip to you its to begean a post with all the caracteristics you may posibly give about the instalation of the indoor, type of soil, light, ventilation, etc. and the people goin to start making his recomendations, and just how i did, try to read all you can, there is a really alot of ways to grow indoor and all can be fine depending on the type of strain, wheather and others, really, the best way its to show to the forum how the plants are

ok, im doing dry periods too, just gaving water in days between or when the plant seems to need it, also someone says to me that vermiculite help on some plagues, IS this right? because that its the main reason for what im looking vermiculite for. PD: you let the plant soil dry entirely or just a little till its not too moist, anyway i think i will found the perfect balance with time, i think im not overwatering by now, i got a little gadget to mesure moist, ph and light but i think its not to sharp so i stop really taking notice of it.

thanks for the tips man, i will answer a couple of doubt, in first im just doing indoor because i live beside a building and i never get much sun really so its imposible to me grow outside (beside of the neightbor problems LOL), i think i have no problems with overheat because the indoor its in my bedroom and much of the time i have my airconditioner on too, but i have to buy a termomether when i can for checking, about the wet leave its done from time to time with Neem oil to try get off some flyes a litle anoying even if i dont really see them attacking my plants i hate them a little bit, jajjajaj, anyway now i know at least one its a girl i will stop doing that. About the perlite, you right, i mistake about the function but i have no problem with retention i think, anyway lasty most of the time i water them by capilarity so i think its like something like retention XD, anyway i have to make the las repot so i will add vermiculite if i can get it because i was trying the las time and i really cant find a place who sell it in my place, if you got another tip before i repot please feel free to drop out here before i do it im doing this last repot because i didnt know about the little rock you have to put in the bottom of the pot for bether capilarity absortion. Well thanks for the tips and ill be waiting for them in the future if you have any other.

Buenas y saludos a todos en el Foro, paso a presentarme formalmente aqui en esta seccion aunque ya habia echo una especie de presentacion en la seccion de Indoor pidiendo un poco de ayudas hace ya algun tiempito atras, algunos ya me deben conocer pero paso a contarles a todos de manera masiva, jajjaja... Soy de Tucuman en el NorOeste Argentino y es la primera vez que comienzo a cultivar y la primera vez con un Indoor al mismo tiempo. Es mi primera experiencia en el tema aunque de fumardor especializado ya llego mas de una decada , estoy comenzando con el indoor y tratando de poner a punto el area de floracion con luces LED por la baja emision de calor ya que para los que conocen el territorio Tucumano sabran que hace bastante calor la mayor parte del año. El area de Floracion es de unos 120 x 50 cm y cuenta con 2 coolers de 10cm c/u para intercambio de aire y un ventilador mediano para la circulacion inrterior del aire, esta iluminado con 2 Reflectores LED RGB (desgraciadamente no especificos para floracion por lo que creo que estoy un poco corto de lummens) de 100 w cada uno, en la parte de Vegetacion el espacio es de unos 50 x 50 cm y tambien cuenta con los 2 coolers para intercambio de aire, la iluminacion en este sector esta echa con 2 focos de bajo consumo de 65w cada uno (lo que parece funcionar realmente bien hasta el momento). Para esta primera experiencia estoy usando solamente suelo organico con algun agregado de turba, resaca y perlita para mejor absorcion y retencion de agua. Hasta ahora ya puedo decir mas tranquilo que los primeros miedos e inseguridades estan controladas y la cosa marcha medianamente bien, de echo estoy bastante feliz ya que ayer finalmente pude confirmar el sexo de la planta mas grande (una hembra por supuesto ). Para esta primera experiencia solo estoy usando semillas ordinarias, comunes y corrientes de ninguna linea en particular aunque planeo comprar algunas para comenzar a producir algo realmente sabroso . Sin mucho mas que decir por el momento saludo a todos y realmente estoy muy satisfecho de poder formar parte del foro y eventualmente ayudar a mi vez como en un momento me ayudaron a mi para terminar les dejo unas de las ultimas fotos tomadas de las plantas en la zona de Floracion y en la zona de Vegetacion (La zona de Floracion todavia tiene algun espacio pero espero cubrirlo en estos meses, sin mensionar que la segunda tanda parece que va a ser bastante mas tupida XD...

Buenas, como andan compa;eros, recien me doy cuenta de que hay una seccion especial para habla hispana asique no se sorprendan de ller por alla ariba, jajja, mi nombre es David y soy de Tucuman (Argentina). Recien comienzo con un peque;o indoor con 2 plantas que llevan como 6 semanas de crecimiento, con una altura de unos 40 cm y ya por su sexto o septimo nodulo, acabo de cambiarlas de tierra ya que la primera no contenia perlita< hasta ahora solo administrando agaua para regarla y use ahora con el cambio de tierra cascara de bana hervida (fria por supuesto), tengo un fertilizante sintetico (FertiFox) y harina de hueso pero hasta el momento no les he administrado y agradeceria una peque;a guia de lo que seria conveniente u optimo. Hablando sobre iluminacion, hasta el momento las estoy abasteciendo con 2 Focos CFL (bajo consumo) de 65w cada 1 para la etapa de vegetacion, con eso creo que ando bien pero ustedes me diran sobre eso tambien, asi pues, otra duda que me gustaria que me aclararan seria lo necesario en reflectores para hacer la floracion con el sistema LED (por su escaso consumo y poca generacion de caloria) en un espacio de 50 x 50 x 130 cm que tengo disponible. Por lo demas agradecere cualquier clase de consejo o ayuda de quienes se tomen la molestias en responder, les dejo un par de fotos de como va hasta el dia de hoy y ustedes me sabran aconsejar de acuerdo a como ven su crecimiento, desde ya muchas gracias amigos...

Paso por aqui a dejar un par de fotos de como evoluciona el indoor, por suerte y despues de mucha espera y de solucion de problemas finalmente las plantas comenzaron a mostrar su sexo, al menos la mas grande es con toda seguridad una hembrita asique ya puedo dormir un poco mas tranquilo. Las mejoras en intercambio y circulacion de aire parece que realmente les sento muy bien, las plagas estan bajo control por el momento y para los que reniegan un poco con el tema de las mosca de la humedad (y supongo funcionaria bien tambien para las de la fruta) les recomiendo una pequeña trampa que encontre por internet y que termino siendo la que mejor resultado consiguio, solo consiste en una botella cortada de plastico amarillo (el color es muy importante ya que las atrae, otro color no funciona) como las de lavandina o como hice yo en mi caso poniendo plastico amarillo que tenia por ahi dentro de una botella comun y poniendo dentro agua con solo un poco de detergente ( el detergente solo sirve para romper la tension en la superficie del agua y que permite que la mosca al posarse se hunda y se ahogue dentro). La nueva camada de plantines luce espectacular por el momento, su crecimiento realmente me sorprende y van por muy buen camino, ya les hice el FIMing hace un par de semanas y parece que quedo genial porque las plantas se abrieron lateralmente, aunque alguna parece haberse solo abierto en 2 ramas por lo que creo que fue mas bien un topping, jajjaja, bueno, les dejo las fotos y como siempre pueden tirar cualquier consejo que les parezca pertinente Saludos y buena cosecha Fotos del area de Floracion: Fotos del area de Vegetacion:

yeap, they looks really bether now with the new ventilation, start with funncoolers and now just add one ventilator to increase the air circulation, its just reeeeally necesary for plants health, first i thought i whouldnt need it because the led lamp got low heat but the renewall and circulation of air intoo the indoor are really indispensable no mather what, thanks for the tips all of you, i still think im a little low on lummens on the flowering section but im very glad to tell you that at least the big one is without doubts a girl im dowloading some pics to upload here, the girl, the flowering section (very rookie style, do not crucificate me ), and the veg section with 3 very helthy fast growing allready FIM.ed plants. For people who have some troubles with moist flyes and others the trap made with yellow plastic bottle and detergent work awesome well, greatings and uploading pics just now

i Think LED its goin to be the best choice anyway but i think the LED i buyed maybe isnt enought for this case, im planning to create one of my own with red and blue 3w power led units, ill gonna post the result when i have the money for it thanks anyway, in my actual wheather i think still the best choice just goin to pass some time before i really manage the all thing.

exactly right man, even so thank for the tips, i have now twho areas with cooler for in and out air, just need to add some ventilator inside, the light in the Veg area are CFL lights 2 x 65w, works really great, the new ones are fast catching the size of the old ones (witch have no sex yet) so maybe the Flowering area its a little short on light i think, even if they look healthy i think more light will be very good for them, its sad im very bad at currency at the time, hahhaha. Well, will see how it pregress, thanks and hope for the bether

Bueno, paso a dejarles un par de fotos de como van las plantas, creo por suerte que pude solucionar los problemas con las moscas de humedad y otros posibles bichos molestos, comence a regar mas por capilaridad y ademas agregue un pequeña capa de arena en la parte superior de la tierra, con eso desaparecieron las moscas y demas preocupaciones. Actualmente estoy probando una especie de low stress trainning con las plantas porque me da un poco de lastima andar haciendoles croping, veremos como va eso con el tiempo. Y por ultimo una fotito de la nueva camada de plantines que comienza a seguir el ciclo. Si alguien sabe como puedo hacer mas acido el suelo agradeceria el consejo, ya puse una capa de turba en la parte de arriba del suelo para que vaya cambiando el ph de a poco pero nhasta ahora sigue demasiado alcalino. Y por ultimo y no menos importante sigo esperando el consejo de algun especialista en LED para saber si mi proyecto esta bien encaminado o si deberia cambiar la instalacion cuanto antes(?). well, i thinks most of the problem are solved, i have no more little bugs goin around, just start to give water to the plants by capilarity, add some sand to the top of soil and that just fix the flies problems, now im triying some low stress tecnique with the branches because im a little sad to croping them out, will see how it goes, and the last photo its the new wave of plants just starting to grow properly, well, see you later and keep waiting for some LED specialist to give me some advice about what im trying in my indoor, greatings folks and good grow

thanks pal, im trying some Croping and Fiming right now, if i get a big bush i think im going to do something like Scrog, will see, i just put some pics of how looks like now the indoor with the LED light, i dont know if its going to work, i really see them less iluminated then with CFL light but will see, they are 2 LED RGB 100w each... if someone know maybe can clear me the doubt, the LEDS are not specially for growing, just regular 100w RGB LED light, its bether to put some blue on VEG and red in FLORA or just white (with all spectrum) i hope you can help me with that, greatings folks...

la verdad me encantaria ayudarte pero estoy mas verde que vos con los intentos ya que voy por la primera tanda de 2 y todavia ni sexaron, cosa que ya me parece extraña porque ya llevan realmente mucho tiempo (aunque son solo semilla comunes y corrientes), me interesa mucho que alguien contestara a tus preguntas ya qu me parecen interesantes y utiles para mis dudas tambien, espero que algun alma caritativa lea el post y nos ayude a ambos Saludos y la mejor cosecha a todos
