Unfortunately I believe its totally an undiscovered variety of sativas, we do live in paradise interms of climate, but very undeveloped, not using our potential for growing. The original strain that is mixed for generations in this region, is the Ethiopian Highland Strain which originates from the Highlands of Tanzania (as I researched) Rarely are ppl here growing for personal use, only commercial and there is no quality or strain type control, resulting in too many strains (an area to be discovered) therefore answering your question im always adding a favorite that is worth keeping :), must have grown around 8 different strains, with 3 favorites. If your interested I can try to ship you a variety of seeds to test, it would be interesting to get feedback <)

About us
Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.
Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
