Hello everyone, back again from a long time away from the computer. Living in the mountains with no internet service breeding different varieties of ganja. Have been wanting to travel the world in search for some original land race genetics for many many many years. Found the strain hunters page and was amazed to see people doing damn near exactly what I have been wanting to do for to long. Hopefully going to be able to Network with some likeminded people. Been reading articles from the brilliant mind of Franco for a while, btw thank you for sharing your love and passion for cannabis. I in vision the day where the resources to scientific equipment are as readily available to me. also maybe we can all get together for an adventure in the bush. Laos anyone?

Hello everyone... call me jbj, joe, junebug.... call me whatever you want... People say I'm assertive, outspoken, confident, charismatic, rarely negatively affected by conflict or criticism and a little bit of crazy. Glad to have found this site and hope to do some international expeditions myself... Im originally from East Texas.... Land of the bible belt... I grew up being told that cannabis was a very bad thing and very wrong for me to do... It was against normal society in the united states of texas to even think about smoking a little pot... D.A.R.E. programs brain washing children since 1937... To say the least I was sadly misinformed throughout my life and into college of all the great benefits... I am a self learner and after my second semester of college at 19 I decided to pick up independent study in International business, marketing, communication, and move to Austin, TX... At the time I had been smoking a little here and there but really knew nothing about the plant itself other than it got me high... I would always have times that i would stop for a month smoke for a week or two then stop for a month or 5.... Everyone knows that one.... I didn't know much at the time but i knew i was never addicted and never really knew what the big fuss was about... I really started to study cannabis after reading the article "Marijuana Conspiracy". www.world-mysteries.com/marijuana1.htm It really Opened my eyes and threw facts right in my face... After reading an article that grabbed my attention so much, I directed a lot of independent study into the cannabis culture... Like Franco i gained a huge passion for the Cannabis plant... Once you really get to know the plant and its properties its amazing... I am a firm believer that cannabis should be decriminalized everywhere and hope to contribute as much as I can to see it though... I am dedicated and have set my goal to travel the world and help preserve our planets cannabis plant... I have started traveling up the west coast to experience the cannabis scene of America as it goes through these times with medical laws... I drove all the way from Austin to Oregon in what I like to call the Journey Jeep to start my adventure... Outdoor grows here in Oregon are beautiful and with the recent laws it has given growers and patients the ability to really go big in small numbers... I have also visited multiple hot spots in California where I've made contacts to really see the inside of the industry... The more I know, the more I learn I don't know... I will always have a thirst for knowledge and continue to study botany, business, communication, foreign languages, and journalism to help with my worldly travels...
