  1. if what you say is correct then i just cant understand how it can be so rare to find real lemony tasting lemon...... im not sure about white lemon as the lemon i am lookin for is a strong hazey tasting lemon.... you have any more information on regulating essential oils??
  2. LEMON FUCKING HAZE!!!! 3 times in my life, i have smoked haze which tastes very strong of lemon. twice in england, unknown genetics... and once in amsterdam which was actually called 'super silver bio haze' Most lemon haze varieties, including super lemon haze that i have smoked in the greenhoyse coffee shop on many occasions, taste nothing like lemon.... i dont understand....??? have i been unlucky with batches of super lemon haze the times i have been to dam??? it is pissing me off to be honest.. i love haze with a passion, but the strong lemon tasting haze is probably my favorite bud of all... i dont understand why there isnt a load of it?? WHY ARNT PEOPLE MASTERING GROWING LEMON HAZE WHICH ACTUALLY TASTES LEMONY!!!! the last time i went to dam there were more shops selling so called lemon haze, than any other of my previous trips... Not one of these "lemon haze"s resembled the smell of taste of lemon at all. sirously guys.. some of you might think im over reacting,,, the ones who have actually tasted Lemon haze which tastes like lemons will Know about it.... if you think you have had iy but arnt sure then you probably havent had it.... the Taste of Lemon in these buds was very in your face and couldnt be mistaken.... please somebody agree with me!!!
  3. Does anybody know of any1 who has finished growing a set of super bud or kalashnikova yet? anybody smoked it even? i should be able to put a pic up of a finished pair quite soon. i must say that so far, the super bud is looking and smelling very sweet. nice hint of lemon to the smell but still full body skunk pong to it. suddenly got quite frosty towards the end and turning a lighter and limier green towards end also. the kalash stayed a similar shape to the super throughout and the smell resembles that of the super bud, but with none of the lemon hint that the super has. im quite surprised to be honest, white russian and white widow and AK that i have had in Dam before has usually been quite bland and just that same old musky dutch decent but standard kinda thing... this is looking alot fruity than any other of those that iv seen??? maybe iv just been unlucky with batches of white russian and white widow in the past???
  4. VERY HAZEY HAZES.... first discovered john sinclair... loved it... really strong haze and noticably high... which was unusual for me as i smoke too much so dont really notice different effects of different bud too often. has a distintive and exclusive hint of flavour surrounding the haze flavour. after i tried this i started searching about it on the internet and aksing other smoker about it... i read and heard that john sinclair is Also Known As Red congolese.... on the other hand, im hearing that they are just similar and not exactly the same genetics...... soon after this, i was lucky enough to come across a batch of red congolese in dampkring coffeeshop in amsterdam a few months ago.... at this time, the john sinclair was also available in abraxas coffee shop. comparing them both, the taste was identical..... same exclusive bite surrounding that same strong hazw flavour, however, they looked very different, the red congolese was much darker and a more pastel kind of dark green colour with larger leafy bits where as every batch of john sinclair i have seen is bright lime green and not very leaffy.... i Understand that batches can differ and its never fair to judge bud from having 1 gram in an amsterdam weed binge weekend, LOL.... i feel sorry for people sometimes in coffee shops when i see them ask to look at for example... Cheese... the world famous cheese,.. sometimes it is VEY poor in amsterdam... and some unlucky person is going to smoke it and think that what he tastes is the real way that 10/10 cheese should taste and smpoke like.... and mabe they will think that they do not like that particular bud,, but really they just were unlucky with the batch....!
  5. i understand that switching from 250 to 600w will increase yeild, especially if the growing space is also greater. BUT, if the switch is done after the plant has already flowered for 8 weeks under 250w, will it shock the plant and affect quality?? Thanks!
  6. Thanks for having me chaps! ......NOW WE GO STUDY!!!!
  7. ello ello, looks quite good that my friend.. would like to knoq if possible the statistics for your growroom. wattage.. space per plant ect. and what was the dry product weight? thank you.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
