just get rid of the pollen sack before it opens - have you any pics to confirm? if its just the 1 dont worry so much as long as you remove.... if plants are pretty much developed with buds could be hermie stress to check if you have grown your buds too long you will need to get yourself a budscope and check out the trichs but usually can leave the plants for 2 - 3 weeks after harvest time for extra ripening
