  9. Hi All, I'm currently running a DWC setup with one plant per tub. 30L per tub. The roots in the main root ball are going brown but the new growth looks to be white.. Running : Canna Flores A/B Canna Cannazyme Cyco Silcate PH Down I do : - Weekly Water Changes, and rinse the res out at the same time - Completely blacked out the tub, no light leaks. - Water not too cold not too warm - Flushed - Rinsed roots under hose - Increase air to tub, new air-stones, new pumps. - Top feed set to once every 3 hours. I can't seem to see why they are starting to turn brown, and could use some suggestions. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, Thanks, mero

  13. Hey dust glad you enjoyed the pictures and the update there willl be lots more too come Trying to update as much and as detailed as possible. yeah shes very green and loving life! growing every day! it is the light making the leaves look that way..shes starting to out grow the space shes in and the lights are starting to get very close..lucky shes moving to a bigger space soon and also lucky they're cfls and don't produce a lot of heat! :/ The roots are growing crazily and getting bigger every day and are even starting to grow on the top of the clay balls haha
  14. Hey All So another week has passed and after our little vacuum mishap, this little girl has shown once again how resilient and strong she is. The roots have taken off in growth and there is also now a tiny smell from her. During the day the plant perks up completely towards the light and then around 4-5 hours before the lights go off she droops down again. Anyone know if this is normal ? Before this weeks feeding, I tested the water of the bucket to see what its like after 1 week. PH was 6.7 which is not bad at all and doesn't seem to affect her too much at this stage. EC was 0.5 from 0.6 considering the size of the bucket and her size this is pretty good I think? IMO This week we have fed a higher EC feeding, with an addition of our secret ingredient Canna A= 30ML/30L Canna B= 30ML/30L Cannazyme = 50ML/30L Ryhizotonic = 10ML/30L ( Ran out !! ) Secret Ingredient = 10ML/30L EC = 0.8 PH = 5.9 Enough chit chat, here's some photos from yesterday before the new feeding and today after First 6 are from yesterday and rest today. Peace
  15. looks like its hard to walk around in there haha...guessing your not to stressed about power bill that'll slowly follow? i ran 1 600w and my bill went from like $550-$700 too over $1200... nothing a nice yeild and sharing the love cant fix haha...

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
