So. It is finally time to start this new year with a decent grow journal. Thanking GreenHouseSeeds for giving me this amazing opportunity to test out their WhiteRhino strain, and their Bio Feeding Line of powder nutrients. As mentioned in the inscription post, this will be my equipment: - 4x 6500K 35W LED - 4x Full Spectrum 45W LED - The GreenHouseSeed bank BIO Feeding Line - A 60x60x170 SecretJardin Grow Tent - Airflow with one small fan, and 2 filtered extractors (IN and OUT) for 108m3/h. - 2 initial WhiteRhino seeds, 1 will be chosen and brought to flowering. - Pot sizes, varying from 1L, to 6L, to 11L, to 18L. - A scrog net (this will be my first scrog attempt, please be merciful) - A lot of love and joy doing this. And duct tape. And beer. I plan to increase light power with the increased growth. - 1° Week 70W - 2° Week 105W - 3°-5° Week 140W - 6°-7 Week 140W + 45W FS - 8°-12° Week 140W + 90W FS - Remaining Weeks at Maxium Light Output (140W + 180W FS) With this i want to simulate the increased output of the sun, transitioning from spring, to summer. At the end of Week 7 i'll perform the switch to 12-12. I also plan to feed the girls 6 weeks for VEG, and 8 Weeks for Bloom. I'll start feeding at week 4, when i transplant from 6L to the final pot (which i still need to decide between 11 and 18L). This is the current plan for the grow, that WILL be revised as i go on. I'm sharing it just to give an idea. I also tried to germinate one seed some days before the new year, but it popped the surface as a dead seed. The root grew (small), but the small plant never got rid of the seed shells (after 14 days). I started 2 new seeds, and am waiting for them to pop the surface. I will decide between the 2, who gets to stay. Below, some pics of the equipment: This is the light rack i've crafted. Pretty basic, huh? Pot sizes AND room space. The little white buddy on the bottom right is the dehumidifier, that will be turned on when i switch to 12-12. A special thanks to GreenHouseSeeds. You guys are amazing. Nothing left to say, till the girls pop the surface. Until then... Peace!

Hello Im baaaaack I posted here years back, but lost interest in the forum, but now iam back to chek out this amazing new line of bio ferts from GreenHouseSeedsCompany. Iam doing the entire grow indoors, as the seasons where i live do not allow outdoor growing. Lets get straight to it 15/01 - 16/01 The seeds were put in water, and afterwards put in moistened paper towel in a plastic bag. 18/01 8 of 10 seeds were planted in small pots(0,4L) with peat and perlite. Vegging under "50W" LED and watered with BioBizz RootJuice. 21/01 The 9. seed sprouted and was planted together with her other sisters. 28/01 The 10. seed popped (quite unexpectedly), and was moved from its prison in the papertowel and bag to ontop of my livingroom aquarium (a test of mine, hehe). I plan on flowering her in some kind of DWC bucket or something. That is all for now. The plan is to keep them in the small pots for another week(ish) and then transplant them (not sure if i should transplant to their final flowering pots (9,8L) or i should plan on doing two transplants - what do you guy think?). After transplant they will Veg until ~20th. February we're my flower tent will be emptied, harvested and theese WR babies can move into 12/12 in 9,8L fabric pots probably with peat and perlite. I hope to keep you guys updated weekly until then, and then we will have some real fun together when the flowering starts

Hello everybody, I hope this is the right forum for a topic like this. Im not a marihuana God with 30 years of growing experience (not yet ) and a knowledge like Ed Rosenthal, and cause of this Im searching for opinnions, experience and knowledge of different people. But The MarihuanaGrowingHandbook from Ed Rosenthal is an old friend of me which accompanied me since a few years, and i got some experience with growing marijuana under HPS and LED, and helped a few people with their startink and knowledge problems. I hope i can talk with people about their experience with female seeds from GreenHouseSeedsCompany, because 2-3 years ago i definetly wanted to test some nice landrace strains and some strains from GHSC, cause this company looks kind of friendly and about good quality. Since I baught some Arjans Haze Nr.3 and Himalayan Gold and tried germinate them I lost all my good thinkings about GHSC. 1 of 6 seeds ( 3x AJ3, 3xHG ) germinated, and that was like a beat in my face, I had never problems with germination, even after a few months in the refrigerator. After a few hours in the www i got superficial knowledge and a few curios stories about GHSC and thier formerly and new breeder. Now I hope some people can share her experience with me/ us and this will be a interesting thread. Greetings from a human beeing somewhere in nowhere.:)

Hello fellow growers, I'd like to share my progress. I have 4 plants as you can see, the small ones are only about one week old. The bigger ones, are already blooming. I planted them around the end or March and the beginning of April. Sadly, the weather started to get terrible from then up until a few weeks ago. I did not want to throw them away because I believe they will produce something, I'd like to test the taste of them They look quite decent besides a few flaws, but the buds are looking good. The smell is not too strong, which is good. I hope the weather will continue doing good so I can grow much bigger plants from them. I quite underestimated how complicated it would be to grow autoflowers, but I'm starting to understand them a little more as they progress. If anyone has some tips and tricks I'd like to know! I'll try to keep this post updated.

Hello everybody, This is my first grow, I am using a 1.2x1.2x2m grow tent, 5 inch fan and a 600W HPS Bulb from seedling to harvest on Super Lemon haze Auto and Sweet Mango Auto (Both from GreenHouseSeeds). Considering I have no experience at all, I am concerned about the nutrients that I shall add and since when, I am pretty excited and I don't want to mess it up, so any advices would be really appreciated! I am going to use a Janeco Light Mix with a Ph of 6, I am thinking to add a little more perlite to it. So far that was the best option I could find locally. I am going to use the 18/6 as light schedule. Those being said, I would really appreciate any kind of useful advice about growing autoflowering strains. Cheers!

can anyone help me get kush in india not the indian weed but the pure kush strains please !!!!! thankyou
-
Hi everyone, So, after introducing myself, this will be my first ''official'' post. First of all a background: I acquired 2 Liberty Haze seeds and 2 Purple Kush seeds. I assembled a secret jardin grow room (2 feed large x 3 feet tall) and I purchased the 100w light equipment. After some weeks, when the plants were already popping out, I was submited to surgery and hospitalized. Case to say I'm still recovering but 3 plants died. Miraculously, one LH was still alive and kicking despite her state. I managed to focus all my attention on her. She entered vegetative stage in the beginnings of December. A few days ago I decided to use the space that I have, since that I only have just one vase there, so I went to a store and upgraded the lights to 400w in order to have more yield which was what I intended in the beginning. What happened is that as soon as I did this, the usual stable atmosphere of 25ºC/45% switched to +30ºC/30% or less humidity. I do not have a humidifier here, only a dehumidifier, so the only things I have been doing is sprinkling water on the walls of the tent which grant me some 45% of humidity for some hours, or I heat a pot with water and put inside for a few minutes. I already managed to lower the temperature to what it was when I used the previous light system by purchasing a new fan but what should I do now? In only one night 4 big leaves of my baby already got some scary yellow marks (totally different that in the picture I'm showing you). Should I buy a dehumidifier? Did I stress my plant to much? Should I switch to the 100w lights again and just stick to less yield this time?

My last diary has come to an end! So I'm starting new. I've put 8 tangie ghost train, 2 herijuana Jack 33, 1 blue lemon Thai, 1 cheese going to be growing them in coco this time round with canna products not using canna boost I'll be using advanced nutrients liquid carboload. I've bought a new spektrum King 400+ led fitting debating whether I'll be able to use that along side my 300+ totalling 1600w in a 1.2sqm tent 2.2m high with 5in outtake twin speed rhino fan and filter 4"intake

Decided to start off scratch and start a new diary I have got a starter kit of DNA mills nutrients to try out so I got some of there coco with cork to try. I put 7 viper cookies on germination had a dud pack only one cracked and came out of soil but has been deformed the petioles wouldn't open or face upwards I tried to free them and accidentally snapped one off but 3 days later today it's finally showing first set of leaves poking out! Not holding out on this one but I'm hoping she pulls through! I put 3 Girl Scout cookies 1 is up and startin second set of leaves one didn't crack and other didn't do anything in coco I dug it out and gave up on it left it on top of coco in dark corner of room ready to throw away went to dispose of it today to notice 2 tap roots growing and very hairy so I repotted it let's see what f I end up with twins!! 2 Black D.O.G rooting vigorously but one has stretched stupidly and is very weak and floppy! Also put 5 great white shark to replace the viper cookies 4 germinated 3 made it above coco of which one has no leaves just the petioles and its hollow inside so I'll either have 7 in total or 5 if I have 7 I'll finish them off in 11ltr pots if only 5 18ltr pots. I got a feeding guide for their nutrients for a guidelines me it's pretty good but for newbies the ec levels could be a killer check the veg levels!! Sorry pic is sideways my phone is having a glitch! I've started off quarter strengths ec 0.5 and so far they have been the darkest I've ever had seedlings looks like the nutrients are very easy to use!

Hi All, me again back with another journal this time with Heavy Weight Seeds - Fast and Vast, which are supposedly producing 600-800gms ms2 in just 8 weeks from germination to harvest! Well, I'm five weeks in with three of them and four weeks in with one and as you can see they are nowwhere near ready and ain't goning to be in three weeks! Although that may be down to my pH keep rising, up to 7.5 at one point, and they were also getting a bit cold when light was off for 4 hrs each night. They got some serious growing to do if they are to produce anywhere near 600gms let alone 800gms! I reckon by the end I'll be lucky if I get 200-300 off all of them but that's not a problem, I'll have some NL autos on the go later this week so 200-300gms would carry me through 6 weeks till they're ready. They're currently under my Viparled 675w LED light and will get swapped to 600w HPS at the weekend. Anyway, here's some pics. Peace y'ole Toaor

Hi guys, how are you? I bought a new growbox (60x40x60cm) to speed up my crops. I put inside a 125w cfl lamp (white veg) and 6 seeds: 2 ZOMBIE KUSH (RS), 2 BUBBA KUSH (GHS and HSO), 1 CHOCOLATE MINT OG (HSO) and 1CRITICAL KUSH (RQS). Now I'm in the 4th week of veg and I've almost finished my last last 3 plants (LEMON OG - Moxie, KOSHER KUSH - Reserva Privada, SUPER LEMON HAZE - GreenHouse Seeds) in the flower growbox (1,2x1,2m). I'd like to take some clones from the new strains and I don't know exactly when is the best moment to do that. Before the switch? After the switch and reveg the clone? I have also to calculate the time the plant uses for root and the days to reach the top of the box (60cm). I thought I can take some clones in the second week of flower and reveg them. (about 15 days to root, 20 days of reveg and then bring again in the flower box).. I appreciate every suggestion!

Hi people! Hope you're all doing great. So a couple of months ago I started my first grow of an AutoBomb (64 days) indoor. I've been using a LED panel of 120w (3w leds). Now I think it's close to harvest time. I would like to hear your opinion about it. Probably you'll se the plant and think that it has some weeks till harverst but I'm lacking of time because I'm travelling so I have aproximately 6 days left, maybe 7... Here goes the pictures: So I've been using both Feeding Powder Growing and Short flowering during this grow. Ultimately I've prepared a banana tea with some honey for that extra potasium and sugars boost to increase the buds weight and I'm planning doing it again today. Some thing that concerns me are the size of this buds, altought they are distributed all over the plant they are quite small. Finally, I don't know what caused the purple leaves on the cup of the plant (excuse my english, it's not my first language so I dont know some terminology). Keep doing well!!

Hello to everybody in the comunity, my name its David, im from Tucuman (Argentina), im starting for the first time with a Indoor and i will be gratefull if you can releas me from a couple of doubts and give me some tips you think necesary, from now on im gratefull for everyone who can answer (i apollogize from my english if you read something wrong ) Im starting with 2 plants in a space of 50 x 50 x 130 cm iluminated by 2 lamps LFC of 65w ich one, the plants allready have like 1 month of grow and going by his 6 noddle with a height of 40 cm almost. Im thinking to go on Floration with LED reflector light for the economy of consume and fresh goin (no so many heat produced). ...Now my questions if you can help 1 . If both plants result female i can go on floration in the same space without problems? 2 . Right When you know the sex of the plant you got to change light period for floration or its convenient to wait some more time still? 3 . witch amout of Lumens its Opimal for my space during the floration period? (So i can calculate the number of LEDs necesary 4 . wicth kind of fertilizer do you recomend and when start to use it...? *IF THE SPANISH ITS TO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND I CAN RE WRITE IN ENGLISH YOU CAN ALSO ANSWER IN ENGLISH WITHOUT PROBLEMS THNKS YOU ALOT FOR THOSE WHO ANSWER <3 PLEASE POST HOW YOU SEE THEM FOR THE TIME THEY GOT, LIKE 1 MONTH AND 2 WEEKS NOW, I WILL THANK ANY TIPS

Heya folks, October 31st, 2016 -- Happy Halloween! Hope everyone is ready for another work weed *blah* and has their medicine all ready for the week. I used to keep my current journals and logs on this forum, however this will be my first post/grow journal on this forum in many years so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ryan(or ECCannaCure), I'm in my early 30s and have been growing cannabis for 12years now. I mostly grow for the purpose of creating my own supply so to speak, however I do help a few of my close friends obtain quality and fully transparent medicine. I'm constantly trying/creating new strains and techniques as I believe that we have only begun to scratch the surface on this most sacred of plants, and any idea that makes sense on paper should be experimented with at least once. If it works - great, if not, lesson learned. It's a bit late here and I have just finished doing some maintenance so I'm going to cut this introduction short for now, with the intentions of filling in the rest when I have more time but to get down to business, the great folks at GreenHouseSeeds/StrainHunters have provided me with the magical beans in order to create a journal for you all on 3 different strains they currently carry. Those 3 strains are Super Critical, Nevilles Haze, and The Church. The only strain I have previous experience with is The Church, and it quickly became a favorite among my inner circle of friends. I have grown other Critical strains, but never Super Critical by StrainHunters so I am very excited to see the results as StrainHunters always provides top notch genetics to their customers. I started the Super Critical 2 weeks ago, and tomorrow depending on how busy I am with trick or treaters I will begin to add pictures of the progress so far as well as provide a list of the equipment and nutrients I am working with. I love doing side by sides, and with 3 tents in production at the moment this will be constantly upgraded with all the strains I am working with. Hopefully someone reading this will maybe learn a thing or two and hopefully I am able to learn a thing or two from the commentators, as I am always interested in hearing new ideas and construction criticism. TO BE CONTINUED -- Check back Oct31st-November 1st. Updated: Nov. 15th (SORRY For the delay, was very busy with work) Work has kept me away from updating this journal, however it is never to busy to deprive me with my time with my ladies. I have kept a log for the journal but have yet to copy it over to the forums so without further a do, my progress so far with these 3 beautiful strains. (Super Critical, Neville's Haze, The Church) With only Super Critical in production at the moment along with one Critical + Sensi Star I carried over from a previous batch that I had pollinated myself using a beautiful Critical mother and a Sensi Star stud. Super Critical -- 56 Days Flowering Time, Mostly indica strain. Consists of: Big Bud x Skunk x White Widow genetically. (yum yum, just the genetics sound like a winner). A very good producer providing an above average yield. 4 Plants will be flowered in a DWC-R system under a mix of 2 Mars Hydro 700W LED lights and a 600W digital HPS light running at 450-600W. Plants veg veg'd under a Mars Hydro 600W LED light, however I usually use a 4 Foot 4 Tube Fluroscent grow lighting system by HydroFarm, but decided to try the 600W LED for this harvest. These plants will be housed in a 8x4 grow tent and given ample room to spread their branches and grow. My plan is to flower these strains using LST during the final weeks of veg and beginning of flower and ultimately a controlled canopy using a SCRoG net. Plants will be grown using mostly nutes from the Advanced Nutrients product line for both Veg and Flower. Complete line up will be displayed in photos detailed within this grow journal however off the top of my head I'm using Sensi A & B, B-52, House and Gardens Roots excelleratur(excellent product! well worth its expensive cost.), and Liquid Karma for the vegetation period and for flower my nutes cosist of Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur A & B, B-52, Big Bud, Bud Factor X, Bud Ignitor, Rhino Skin, Liquid Karma, and Advanced Nutrients all natural PH up and PH down for pH Control in the reservoir. Black strap mollasses are also used in the final weeks of flower, which replaces advanced nutrients Bud Candy. I do have a hand in a friend of mines ebb and flower 4 table 8x4 open room growand we recently made the switch to Remo Nutrients 7-part nutrient line and have been enjoying fantastic results at a fraction of the cost. With that I will probably do a side by side with remo vs AN on the Church Strain.. Not sure if I'll use HPS or LED lighting but it will be a true side by side and if remo continues to out preform then I will be using the stock I have left of AN and changing all my grow areas to remo nutrients. Seeds began germination October 6th and were germinated using the wet towel in a book method, all seeds popped and looked to have healthy looking tap roots. Plants were transported into rapid rooters and placed into their DWC-R buckets October 11th to begin their vege period under 2 700W LED lights in a 8x4 tent. <Pictures are being uploaded> A photo of the seeds and packaging received from my friends at Green House Seeds. Inside of the tent ready for the ladies. A group of some of my nutrients being used on this grow. First week of vegetation. Start of the second week of Vege. Looking nice and healthy. Topped and lollipopped. Aftermath of some SuperCropping LST More aftermath of supercropping, dont worry they will be looking happy as ever in a few hours. Back to their old selves and beaming for the light a few hours after getting SuperCropped. Building a custom SCRoG net for this new tent. Just changed the lighting sched and starting first week of Flower. Another small trimming and 1st day of Flower for the ladies. A bit more SuperCropping to get the limbs partially trained for the SCRoG net. Ill be adding captions and time lines to these photos later tonight. Real life calls at the moment but they look upet in some pictures due to the supercropping and LST Ive been doing.

ECCannaCure posted a blog entry in EastCoastCannaCure's Multiple Tent, Multiple Strain, HPS vs LED Perpetual Tester Grow
Hello and Welcome to my First blog...... Thanks for stopping by, I'm EastCoastCannaCure(Ryan), am in my early 30's and have been learning from growing for 12 years at this point. Basically I'm 12years inexperienced as we are just learning so much about cannabis at a mind blowing rate these days, and the leaps and bounds being taken each day by notables such as Remo, and Horatio, the guys at StrainHunters and GreenHouse Seeds for some amazing genetics, that a vast part of the true "experience" and knowledge is still out there and being attained and sought after. With colleges being started and the science and techniques themselves being truly explored, and the amount of knowledge being gained, it sure is a great time to be a part of such a positive change and developing a quality and natural medicine. I have somewhat trickled over from the forums (after only one post I had been updating) as the schedule I keep and the time I currently spend with my favorite ladies seems to transfer over well with the context and delivery of a blog.. well we will see anyway. I will continue to update both of them and see which one works best. Now.. why I'm here. I maintain at this moment 3 grow tents 2 are 4 x 4 and one is 8x4. I just moved and had to start from seed, as quality clones locally were not available at the time and luckily enough the great folks at GreenHouseSeeds/StrainHunters gifted me a pack of Super Critical, The Church, and the long flowering Neville's Haze so I could share my grow experience with these strains to you.. each in its own set of lighting (I use both LED, HPS, and CFL( for mothers and clones)). I like to run side by sides and test different strains in different ways. I plan on doing a advanced nutrients vs remo nutrients side by side very soon. I have always been a loyal Advanced Nutrients user, but a friend of mine introduced me to Remo Nutrients and a side by side he was conducting... and I must say Id have to be a fool not to give Remo a try(I have not yet tried any of StrainHunters nutrients but do plan on trying them and testing results with them as well as I do like their packaged approach and would love to test its simplicity and how well it produces healthy, deficient free medicine.) I guess in this post I'll detail what I have currently in progress and where I plan to be and of course how I am getting there. Basically right now I have popped 3 Super Critical Beans and I had one Super Sensi Star + Critical bean left from a previous grow and wanted a mother from that so I popped that as well. I am growing them in a top and bottom feed 4 plant DWC-Recirculating hydroponic system, they were seedling'd under a 600w LED and then veg'd under 2 600W LEDS and 1 600W HPS in the middle, and are now in week 2 of Flower with a 1200W LED and a 600W HPS in a 8x4 tent. My next post will detail some pictures of leading up to where I'm at, and some information on my techniques and how they work for me.. I am open to suggestions as there is definitely more then one way to skin a cat, and yes some of those ways are simply proven to be more efficient or more beneficiary then others. Stay tuned.- 1 comment

About us
Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.
Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
