Setting Up Medical Marijuana Business Question

Hello everyone, I am considering setting up in the Medical Marijuana business and was wondering what information you good people can give on the best countries, laws, permits, licenses etc. I am able to go pretty much anywhere in the world but Europe is preferable, as I'm not so sure putting on an Immigration Form "Cannabis Grower" will go down to well with the Authorities of some countries. I know there's lots of information about what's going on in California and other places but I'm not sure I'd get into the USA. How easy it to get into Canada where they are also quite liberal.
