First I wanna show u how sick laws are here in my country. If policeman catch u when u high he can't do nothing but when he find weed u are in big trouble. Polish judges didn't know what is a negligible amount - 5g? 1g? Most importand is what u say on police station during they ask question. U can't tell u share with someone, u can't tell where did u get it. Quite save solution is when u tell them u never share with anyone and u smoke alone at home. There is a chance judge free you for low social harmfulness than. Lucky I have never been convicted - cause I'm not dumb and I'm not a thug Growing is also illegal, we've got plenty articles on police site about: "Another big police success" when they catch dangerous criminal with plantation. Hi, here in the south part of South America growing marihuana is illegal so, marihuana is sold in the streets. But they don't sell real marihuana. They sell a thing that is called "prensado" that's made pressing a little bit of marihuana with marihuana leaves, other leaves, wood, seeds, and they preserve it with ammonia, tar, Raid (insect killer) or peeing on it. That's what most of the people buy here in the south part of South America, there isn't real flowers for sale. Personal consume is legal but growing it is illegal so people that can't grow marihuana are force to consume "presado". I attach photos of "prensado"

Pertaining to cannabis, here's in brief the sorry excuse for a "progressive" narcotics law reformation that the domestic Troika concocted: - "up to" 5 months imprisonment for growing for personal use - bunch of vaguely defined (and impossible to scientifically quantify) criteria for the court to determine the personal nature of the use - vaguely defined discretionary power for a court to assess the offense as "circumstantial" and "unlikely" to be repeated, and thus spare the perpetrator from the penalty - any such penalty does not register in a person's criminal record - it's 8 years to life though, should the regime wish to turn you into a scapegoat, for some reason (and, trust me, there ARE plenty of those currently in Greece - especially political ones) (link to the official text in greek: http://www.et.gr/ido...spVR1UrURETkoE.) ========= Regimes still need their "leveraging" mechanisms in place, to bend the will of the occasional "thorn on their side" that threatens their dominance of the recreational drug trade. Noting some particular key words of the latest bill makes me sad, realising how much political clout the ultra-far-right societal backwash, that constitutes the electoral base of the ruling parties, still wield: "narcotics" - ALL substances are lumped together. The total disregard, for the large corpus of pharmacological and biochemical scientific knowledge on recreational chemical substances, is staggering.
