Autofloowering Seedlings about to die...need help

Hey guys, I have a few babies in a 50-50 perlite-moss soil under LED 90w they are 10 days old The temp is ~25-6c temp and 45-55% humidityI am feeding them water 2 times a day with root stimulator. Some people have suggested that this is too much water, and I should leave them dry for 3-4 days to try to save them. Any other suggestions for cause and eventual save plan? Thanks!
