thoughts on unforbidden ganja in our society

Let's suppose ganja eventually one day will become legal to grow and to consume in a small scale, besides the Prop 19 propaganda about saving on law enforcement and penitentiaries and tax it..what's the bigger picture that is missing.

I guess the governments will be speculating a lot on this field, even tho could be a good compromised to accept for legalization it self. Who will grow in a larger scale for the government? Will rich tobacco companies speculate on this too? Will dutch breeders (GHSC, Budda, etc..) be overtaken by these billion dollars companies that will commercialize ganja at "Philip morris" scale? What would happen to "our" strains when improvised growers won't pull males and pollinate your "kick ass" outdoor that you are experienced to grow?

THe government already grows on a huge scale! In my state the government pays the university for their "legal pot farm." Its the only state in the US and I live in it! We can have 3 plants without any charges. Its on the internet too so its not a secret.

Only scientist and people with Ph.d can have large scale like the do at olemiss! Thats why Im getting my degree so I can grow leagally in the US. Tabaccoo industries and Alcohol companies are trying to keep it illegal because they know that they will loose money! The seed banks will only make more and more if it was legal! Were not dumb why buy from phillip morris when you can get it straight from the dutches?
