Hi hunters! and thanks Dust for comment.

I had short period of flush with low ec and plants didnt like it, some issues on leaves but i think its ok now. Plants are not getting worse and drinking normally. After 5th flowering week i give pk13/14 for one week, then Overdrive for 1-2weeks then flush. I hope our cold and dry climate will help to produce more trichomes.

Nice growth man..

It seems a high yield, how would you define the production of resin  and the smell at this stage?

take care and have good cut!!

I imagine, the good smell around, urely the last week will be seen increased formation of crystals,

especially in the last days before the cut.

A good flush with low EC, and the game is done.

thx for info.. and good luck!!

Thanks for the news man, it does look like they had some troubles with something, pretty similar to calcium or magnesium problem from what i can see on the photo. Maybe the water you used was too soft or too hard. You will know better but as long as its under control that is the most important.

Have a good end of flow!

Hi hunters!

Dust, i have soft water (ec 0.1) I add sometimes powderfeeding calcium. I think its P or K issue but not sure.

17.1.2017

Decided to start feeding with Canna PK13/14 7.5ml/10l half dosage.

21.1.2017

Started feeding Overdrive with very mild basenutrients, one week and then flush with only water for 2weeks.

Right plant A765  is larger than A767 on left side. A767 producing bigger buds than right one, so will be nice to see which one yield most. Thinks getting smelly in tent when you put head in. 5weeks done from pistils, i hope they are ready in 3weeks.

Really nice buds, and production seems fast ..
From the pictures it seems that it could also be ready before 8 weeks.
When you have programmed the cut?

Thanks for the updates.

Thanks for the photos man! Personally i wouldnt advise to use the PK so late in flowering, it is usually better between week 3 and 6, but so close to harvest it is kind of risky and might not benefit to the taste, the plants are already on a really good path and will naturally get some nice swalowing going on during the missing weeks ;)

Yeah for sure they got denser since last time ;) and it lokos like in a few weeks you will be ready to have a nice harvest ;)  at this period of the flowering i start to take of all the bigger leaves to allow a bit more airflow and avoid any mold problem or condensation under the canopy, not saying it is a must do but i like to do it ^^ and that way i believe they focus more on eating all the available food in the plant the last weeks.

Have a good end of flowering man and happy harvest if i dont come back before it ;)

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
