Leaf discolouration

Anyone any idea what's going on here, I have never come across this before.

Could be an occasional mutation.  I wouldn't be concerned about it.  Just continue to observe.  It should cause no alarm unless it continues to occur on more of the leaves.

 

If it is isolated to just this one leaf, then eventually the leaf will die of old age, and the plant will suck the life out of it.  It will eventually fall off, or you could pluck it off at that time.  No biggy.

 

If it expands with little tiny trails, then that is leaf-miners; you'd have to fight them with sprays on the underside and top side of the leaves.  But I see no trails now.

yeah it's just one leaf, strange how I got one leaf the same on another plant though.

as cannabissapean i can tell you NO ALARM brother. i had plant with these mutations and when it grows it will disappear.
