evolution666
Hi @Jose.gh, Yeah I think it's time to invest in carbon filter... will go to my growshop this week-end and will check what they have in stock. In the same time got the chance to live in big house in country land (not lot of neighbors 2) and actually the smell impact only myself (not bad) and my dogs ... but still have two weeks of flowering so maybe not a bad investment. Have a great day ! Cheers - respect !
LedCherryBerry
I don't know why, but now i've got the picture in my head of your dogs rolling on the floor laughing loud as fuck. That's really cool man, about country. I wish i had your privilege, to live in a rural area with almost no car horns whatsoever.. And air quality.. Much better! Only issue would be the shit-ton of insects heheheh Check out the filters i linked to "Mis D". Not to buy them, but as a reference. I'm using the small ones at 10cm diameter, but i gotta say they're doing quite the great work. Journal previous to this had me with a homebuilt tent, and odour was crazy. No extractors / filters whatsoever used. Now i can smell something is growing, but i can't tell if it's weed, grass, or any type of lettuce. I just smell green. It's quite the difference considering i too am surrounded by trees. Another stoney possibility would be to leave the kitchen hood on all fuckin day, but that might raise one or two eyebrows heheheheh Peace!
g22
@LedCherryBerry @evolution666 Or connect your extractor direct to the fireplace flue you can use the neutralizer its a odor neutralisor it work goed a litte bit cost 100€ i think the parfum fix on the odor and odor disaper
evolution666
Hi @LedCherryBerry, One of my two dog comes all the time with me when I take care of my plants... so sometimes you can find some ganja leaves in his paw haha... that's not so great but he's accustomed to the weed.... Sure happy to leave in country but you're right tons of insects specially when I grow outdoor... I've to be attentive about that. And sure will check the extractor you mentionned in MissD post... I will see what's avalaible in my grow shop and if they don't have something good I'll order it on a site (but not sure I'll get it before the end of my flow). Cheers & salute !

LedCherryBerry
Oh boy, here we go. The first contendant to approach harvest. Can't wait to see! If you may follow a hint, wait some extra days and wait for most of the leaves to become yellow. I know we're supposed to watch for trichomes colour, but Cannabis is still a plant that follows nature rules. Even if it's in a controlled and artificial enviroment, yellowing is a sign her cycle is technically done and she's using up the nutes stored in the leaves to finish everything. Meaning, if you cut the plant when she's still overall green, you cut her just a bit early. Of course, keep track of trichome colour as that's the main thing to spot for harvest time. Maybe it's another opportunity for them to put on the extra-weigh we all love to see At least, that's what i would do. It's up to you, as always. Apart from this.. Your plants are amazing, Sir. Some of the colas look thick like a fist. Very well done! Just a question, i missed it throughout the whole journal: how many VEG weeks have you given them? It's a curiosity of mine: just keeping the answer as a reference for next grows (2 weeks looks like this, 8 like this etc) Anyway.. Big up, and see you in the next update (which i honestly can't wait for :D) Peace!
evolution666
Hi @LedCherryBerry, Thanx for your positive comment... For sure the leaves start turn yellow and I've also checked the trichrome on the microscope and for me everything looks great (ready to be cutted soon). I given them 5 weeks as Veg... First 10 days with microneon (2x 55w) and after a 400w HPS. See you in few days for the first harvest post. Cheers & respect ! Evo

evolution666
Hello friends, That's it... I started today to cut the 2 first plant. So this first post will be a focus on the first one I choosed to cut... The biggest one in 15L pot because of his size and the density of the main bud. Since 2 weeks I've stoped my house boiler and because of that the humidity level of my room have change and by experience I've deceided to work on this one first.... and that was not a bad idea at all 'cause I've find a small (very small) part of the main bud starting to rot...(see the picture). So by security I've separated the main bud in several parts to give her a better chance to dry the best way as possible... After well checking the other plants, I don't think I'll get the same problem in the next few days. Here we go for the pixxx of the plant before and after the cutting. evolution666
Hello friends again, And here's also the pictures of the second one I've cutted today... A other big one but this time on a 40L pot. The buds are more stronger and bigger... and I've take more time to finished it today. The reason why I've choosed to start the harvest session today is more pratical than technical (I was not against 2 or 3 more days..). .. I got a room for the drying session and not sure I'll can put the 6 plants in this room,... So I will try to do 2 other plants tomorrow and will see after that what will be my plan for the 2 latest one... (will find a second place to stock the harvest ahaha...). I don't want to estimate how much gram I will have with every plant... it will be a surprised on the end of drying session... but a lot of weed after only 2 plants so I'm pretty confident about that. See you tomorrow for my biggest plant Harvest Plant 2 (40L pot):
LedCherryBerry
Gorgeous buds, buddy! Nice size and look. Can't wait to see the final pics, when she's dry and cured.. Yum! Just a question (out of useless curiosity), did you weigh them wet? Anyway man, that's surely a nice harvest. Very well done! Peace!
evolution666
Hi my friend @LedCherryBerry, Thanx for your comment... yes it was a long day of work but happy to have finished it with these 2 first plants... About your question, no I don't have weigh them wet... I'll wait 10 good days to separated buds from branch, cured the harvest and weigh all that at this moment... But a lot of verry compact buds so hope have a good weight at the end. I'll post about it for sure :-) Have a good evening bro. Cheers & respect ! evolution666
Hello friends, Today I've worked on 2 plants... So here is the first one, the last in 40L pot... more small than the 2 others, can't explain why but she grow differently... more compact so the buds don't have inlfate perfectly... but still a good plant anyway... and have taked some hours to do it. So here we go with few pictures... Harvest plant 4: (40L pot)
evolution666
Hello again, So the second plant I've cutted and clened today is the second one on 15L pot... the one I've placed on my second grow box on 400w HPS and who received more light from the bottom to the top. And the result is pretty cool, lot of fat buds really sticky. Here we go with few pictures 2... Not the same level of yield than the 3 biggers of my plant but happy with these 2 harvest of today.... See you tomorrow for for the last one. Cheers & salute friends ! Evolution666 Harvest plant 5 (15L pot)
LedCherryBerry
Beautiful buds, man! Maybe they have grown a different shape because White Rhino is still a Hybrid. It's still possible for minor variations to occur. Instead of being Indica dominant, maybe that plant had more sativa in her "blood" than we thought.. Maybe taste is going to differ too.. That's cool man! Well done, that's going to last you a long time :3 Peace!
