Help me for the kind of light to used....

Good morning guys. The next week i will be prepare a new grow room in the wardrobe, only for the vegging time, than for the flowering time a use the Dark room. Well.....I am undecided whether to mount a 250 w MH lamp, only for the vegging time, or 4 neon tubes T5 cold light....So i decide to shop right. For yours experience, what do you reccomend?What are the differences between growth whit the T5 neon tube, and the 250 MH lamp?............Time, quality, yield....?

Do you give me some advice please, for not to throw away money?
