Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cannabis butter or oil
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

It works best to use a candy thermometer for this recipe.

Grease or oil a 8 x 8 inch baking pan and set aside. In a large sauce pan combine the sugar, cocoa and milk. Stir to blend evenly and heat on high until mixture is boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Do not stir mixture once heat is reduced. Cook until temperature reaches 240 degrees F. Remove from heat.

Add cannabis butter or oil, vanilla extract and chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly until fudge has lost its sheen. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and allow to cool. Once completely cooled cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares

Hi folks! I made some cannabutter fudge this morning using this exact recipe. I made a mistake though I accidentally put in the butter with all the ingredients at the start! Stoner moment ;) After it melted through I realised my mistake but then quickly noticed it goes nowhere near the burn off point of 165*C so it wasn't so bad :) I also used raisins instead of nuts :) The first pic is of the butter, how friggin dark is it! The brown marks on top are bits of residue that wipe off, not sure what it is. Anyway...Here's how it turned out...

I've gave loads of it out to my friends, I will get the reports back in a few days of potency etc. Tastes rich and sweet with that 'canna' flavour :)

Already had some good reports on it :) Even those who had 1 piece have been stoned all night and day :) These guys don't regularly smoke though so it may take a few for me to feel nice :) I cut it into 24 squares once it cooled in the fridge. I calculated there is 2.5g of butter in each one. This butter was made with the leftovers from the dry ice extraction and was slow cooked for 28hrs!... so it has a certain kick ;)
