I signed the petition at my sadly last visit in Venlo, Afterwards the pass has been introduced. So Eu-Foreigners are banned from the Coffeshops (Venlo, Masstricht,..). You can still go to Nijmegen till Jan. 2013. Nijmegen has nice and really cheap Shops.
