I have an interest in this too.

Thinking of getting some stuff from CBD crew to try out and have a tent with just leaf.

My pa has got the beginnings of Alzheimers so interested to see if juicing will help.

I'm going to try 30 leaves a day to start with.

Got 1000's of hemp seeds from organic store, will these do too?

They do sprout as I had some growing on the balcony but are they good enough for this purpose?

You might be able to set up a succession grow with just hemp seeds for daily juice.

in marijuana chemistry it explains how sprouts have cbg on day 2 and cbd+thc by day 3, that the potency of the cannabinoids w/w% is equal to a full grown plant between 7-14 days.

Dr. William Courtney suggested to me the 7 day sprouts are to be used, in as many words.

I had a windowbox with dirt and 100+ hemp seeds, covered and watered daily till they sprouted and waited till day 14.ate whole sprouts, relieved my arthritis and anxiety while making a good snack.

"The Hemp plant is actually an excellent plant because the THC content can be low, that's if you're treating a condition for which appears CBD food

supplement is in order. . . The plants we're using in Luxembourg have only 1% CBD, a 1% CBD plant is providing you with 19 times more CBD per

pound than Oranges provide you of vitamin C. A 1% is an excellent source, you can make tremendous concentrates you can eat the plant raw - and the

absence of the THC - you can heat Hemp, which you can't do with other strains because the THC acid comes out and you end up with a psycho-toxic substance." Dr. William Courtney

The juicer Mrs. Courtney used in Leaf was a champion, but there is an Omega in "the power of raw cannabis" being used by a greenhouse group. I used an omega for leaf and soaked the ejected fiber in a glass to drink from repeatedly before composting it, with good results. The following explains using a blender on buds becuase the fiber is too valuable to seperate

" Individuals often start out with 1-3 grams of mature bud / flower to assure no idiosyncratic allergic reaction or psycho-activity. In indoor grow rooms with low ceilings sometimes the buds get very close or touch the high pressure sodium lights which are hot enough to breakdown THCA into THC. It has been suggested that very hot outdoor grows may also have some decarboxylation at the top of the plant but this is very rare. Once comfortable with mature raw flower, slowly increase the amount to 14 grams or 1/2 ounce wet weight mature bud harvested from the living plant. In addition to the raw bud use 30 to 300 leaves per day in accordance to the amount of plant that can be consistently provided on a daily basis. It is best to juice the leaves to decrease bulk of the fiber but it is best to blend the flower into the juice of the leaf, particularly with the new 10-20% CBDA strains. Blending the bud rather than juicing it, reduces the loss of cannabinoids that adhere to the ejected fiber that is part of the juicing process. In the past bud was juiced when using 1% CBDA plants because of the large amount of plant material required in order to recover 600 mg of CBD.

Flavor management is a very important for compliance. The juiced leaf and blended flower is combined with hemp milk/ hemp oil / keifer / yogurt into a smoothie or combined with fresh vegetable or fruit juices. Organic produce without the fungicides, herbicides and pesticides are important if available.

The smoothie / juice with its phyto-cannabinoids / terpenes / flavinoids are best taken in divided doses due to their rapid clearance i.e. the cannabinoids clear in about 50 minutes after absorption from the intestine is complete. If the final amount is 10 ounces, then divide into five 2-ounce doses and take every 4 hours. Keep on ice. Shake before using to mix the fatty acids with the water portion of the juice. For serious illnesses, try for 6 doses a day, that is leave one dose in the refrigerator for consumption if one gets up to use the restroom at night." William L. Courtney, M.D.

This is great Alyx:)

I'll give the sprouts a go, it seems more economical than growing out ounces of bud and leaf.

You'll need a serious high rotation of crop just to blend enough for one person for a day's worth.

I got some personal experience in this, i tried for myself juicing raw dry buds with mango fruit, makes a fine tasty juice without need to add sugar! after a few days of starting i started feeling relaxed all day, and after that every time i smoked a joint the high was 10 times stronger.. and much more psychedelic.

i did this for a month and then i had to stop cause of running low on stash. but it works, 1g to 2g juiced per day is a good dose i guess :)

i don't have experience with raw picked buds, maybe is less psychedelic and more comfortable experience..

cheers Franco! blessings! :good::popcorn:

Hi guys, I plan on juicing with my next crop in a few weeks and I have so much questions about this, if anyone could shed some light on the subject that would be great :)

Can I just make up daily doses in baggies and freeze them?

Are stems viable?

Any exact recipes? Weights etc

Juice leaves and blend buds?

Can you eat too much?

Im sure I have more questions, im quite ripped with this SLH so will think on it some more ;)

Are stems viable? ice hash bubble bags can remove some trichomes, and steel wheatgrass juicers do a good job after that

Any exact recipes? Weights etc See www.rawhemp.tk

Juice leaves and blend buds? ||

Can you eat too much? There are contraindications, the oxalates and acidity. See the main body of William Courtney quotation

If you need to drink a high dose of THC the best way for this use milk. You can cookie leaves and bud with milk, and drink that milk. It is very good way for leaves or buds with a little THC smoke which there is no sense but cannamilk with a decent dose of this material can make more effect than a good buds. I use this for wild ruderalis some times, effect is rather unusual and little incomparable, usually lasts for more than 6 hours. Taste of cannamilk not best, but I do not think that canna juice has is better taste than cannamilk. If someone need this I can tell more about this in a separate topic.

Sweet, never thought of milk, it's so obvious now :) Been so busy thinking about binding it with oils and other fats I forgot about milk :)

Was also wondering, how long can you keep a batch of juiced leaves etc in the fridge for? A few days? Just thinking about how fresh it may stay :)

If anybody want to try cannamilk I can say some tricks how cooked it better:

1. Cooking at least 30 minutes. Normal time 40-50min on slow fire.

2. Before end you need add soda NaHCO3 the size of a pea, per 1 litter milk on start.

3. Then it will cool down and squeeze.

4. Do not take too fat milk there should be enough water to boil. Normal fat 2.5% if fatter add water at the start.

5. For cooking use leaves or any other material that you would not to smoke

Milk after cooking need to cold down. You can drink it at +20C, if you need you can stored cannamilk in the refrigerator or freezer for a long time, and before drinking just warm up to +20C But I do not recommend drinking it too often, once a month maximum
