NSW is the best place to start , an area called nimbin , the foot hills of the great dviding range . The home of the mullawbimby madness 15- 20 foot sativa landrace been breed since the early 60's i think , i'm not 100% sure though . but the guys at the nimbin hemp embassy might be able to shed some light on this subject .

Nimbin unfortunately is highly overrated. However there are many locations all over new south wales where vasts amount of cannabis is grown. I suggest anywhere on the north coast.
