Royal Queen Seeds - Haze Auto and AK Auto

Hi Guys & Girls,

Time for yet another of my journals this time all 10 seeds are going outdoors as soon as they're 3/4 weeks old.

I've grown Royal Haze Auto indoors and it was a very nice smoke for an auto, very hazey taste and nice buzz.

Not grown the Royal AK before but is supposed to be very strong stone for an auto, will let you know in about 10 weeks, lol.

The seeds were put into plain soak yesterday about 4pm by 10am this morning one of the Hazes had already split its shell and the tap root was exposed so I decided to put them straight into Root Riot germination cubes, pic below.

They are now sitting on top of my tent in a little propogator.

Il be ordering some auto seeds at the end of the month for my outdoor setup, most likely Green-O-Matic from greenhouse

or was thinking about S.A.S( super automatic sativa ) from Big buddah, Do you have any experience with these strains?

Do You or any one know of some really high sativa, high yielding Auto strains thats worth reading into ?

This is my first time Autoflowering adventure will be cool to hear from you very wise and honorable gentlemen

Day 15:

Hey Guys & Girls,

My apologies, I forgot to update this because at the time I couldn't upload photos so it was only when checking it today to upload that I realised I'd not been back since the first post.

Anyway, all 10 seeds sprouted in Root Riot germination cubes, into Kilomix soil but I have been watering with plain tap water and not lowering to pH 6.5 as I would normally. Instead I've kept its natural level from tap, which is around pH 7.2-76 on the basis that when I plant them out I know the soil is around pH 7.2-7.4 as I brought some home a few weeks ago to test it so there should be no shock when transplanting outdoors.

I did the same with my Ice Dreams and the are doing well after two weeks in ground.

I've uploaded all the pics I've taken of this batch and they've been in greenhouse on natural sun cycle and have stretched much more than under lights as you can see, all the Royal AK Autos are tall and the Royal Haze Autos have some variation in height.

PS: You'll see in one pot two seeds sprouted I know one is the Royal Haze Auto but what the other one is I have no idea it must have been in the cube, as I reuse them if seeds don't sprout but obviously didn't take seed out. Anyway, I've since pulled it as it was obviously a dodgy seed, not coming up before and this time it was thin and weak.

Nice strains dude, both i haven't seen grown before so i am interested in both, i'm getting more interested in auto's recently especially these Haze Auto's. Looking forward to seeing how these lil ladies do. Love your LED setup too very cool love the colors they give off. Happy growing dude

Girls are looking good even tho they stretched a little but that's a LED thing it seems.

Hey Toaor, what's your opinion on those Root Riot's?

I really liked them when i used them but i have not used Rockwool before... how do they compare?

Love the root riot ^^ I tried rockwool onl once and didn't like it, not soft enough for me lol

Day 18:

Just some pics of them enjoying the sunshine at long last, we've not had a lot lately just rain, rain and more rain but the rest of this week into weekend is supposed to hot and sunny 24-27c

Day 30:

Hi Guys & Girls, very quick update all nine plants are showing pistils, lost one of the Royal AKs, don't know why think stem got stripped by snail or slug and it couldn't pump water up to the leaves so it just drooped and died, RIP little AK.

Went out last night and dug some holes for them to go in so will be going out in next few days to plant them in their spots for flowering.

I want to keep them in greenhouse but seeing as I currently have 22 plants at various stages I need get rid of at least half of them out, otherwise if I was busted at this point way too many plants to get away with personal growing.

Day 34:

Hi Guys & Girls,

Well my planned trip out to plant them up in their guerilla grow spots didn't happen, it basically pissed down with rain the whole weekend and being as it was Jubilee and everyone had time off, I didn't want to go walking around when I might bump into other people out for a stroll, I like to go later just as it is getting dark.

I may well now just keep them in the greenhouse, as they're all flowering nicely, bushy little tops of white pistil hairs so don't want to take the risk of losing them now, as the ground they would go in is not brilliant, virtually no nutrients and quite compacted so roots would have hard time establishing well enough while in flower.

Just keep your fingers crossed i don't get busted please!

I also replanted a White Rhino x Skunk#1 clone from last year and it's gone mad growing about 3" over the weekend, it was in tiny little pot with leaves starting to yellow and wilt so I replanted in much bigger pot about 1,5 liters with Kilomix and just plain tap water and off it's gone, stretching though as it was quite compact, it's about 30cms tall now so will be quite big if I keep it going the summer, I may just grow big enough and then flower in tent as with normal sunlight that strain isn't finished till end of October here in UK and last year got mouldy with our climate so had to harvest early.

Day 42:

Hi Guys & Girls,

Just been out to greenhouse to take some pics, all doing well nice little buds forming all over but they're still quite short so really don't know what yield I'll get off each plant as we've had virtually no decent sunshine for about the last three weeks just the odd day here and there.

The flowering girls at least look pretty regular ^^

It looks like you're gonna have some nice long one buds on those, mine had start flower at this stage too and never developped secondary branches, she just flowered in one bud ^^

I still got to improve the outdoor autos lol, but all you're girls are looking very nice

Hey Dust, you grown Royal Queen Haze & AK, what yields you get? You do under lights or outdoors natural sunshine?
