Hollands Hope and Fresian dew all out now, the pics are a bit dodgy as i had sweat all over my glasses, the ones that look ill have just been transported and are a bit squashed but should be fine.

Well after some of the worst weather in 40 years all the plant are still alive. I tied them down last monday then we had 2 days of 60 mph winds and then 2 days of flooding and land slides are all plants are intact ! As last year the fresian dews are getting battered by the insects but the himalaya golds and the HHope have been untouched.

All 3 look like this.

While measuring and mixing at the gws spot loads of little birds turned up, think they are wrens or dunocks, any way they where eating all the insects which must be a good thing. So maybe a new tactic in guerrilla growing is to put bird feeders up near your spots through winter to encourage the birds to nest near ? Or the little buggers are chopping off the leaves to construct Ganja nests !

Its been raining since april almost every day (jetstreams fault im told) so i havent watered them for ages but do i need to give them a feed ? Im waiting till they dry out but they never do ! should i give them a feed if the containers are very wet ? or should i wait? will the constant rain wash away the soils goodness ? Any advice is greatly appreciated

Fresiandew nearest and Hollands hope which looks in a bad way, leaves turning rusty and has been battered down ! But the FD which got munched looks to be making a come back

does the pot have sufficient drainage? The rain water is the best for your babies. I would wait till few days of dryness and then hit them with nutes. There is alot of foliage from other plants around. I would do a lil landscaping to stop moisture transfer from other vegetation and insects. Plus this will provide more sun and ventilation for you lil ones.

Hey buddy! I must agree in most points with Phenohunter... but i would add that supercharged rainwater is the best for the plants! Your plants doing good, so i think a carefull feeding with some balanced stuff, posibbly slow releasing fertilizers could help you a lot. But ventillation is really a key for the plants for the absorbtion, so i would stick a screwdriver in the medium a few times carefully to speed up drying and increase ventillation inside. Rainwater is very good, but EC 0.07, so in some weeks it can really flush your medium on rainy places like yours. I hope they get big!! I guess your strains have 3 more weeks veg! ;)

Happy growing!

Hey Maffro!

The rain only washes the soluble nutrients in the soil, the ones you are feeding the plants, if the soil is rich the rain will not wash that away! :)

Now, if they have water in the soil DONT water it ! FOLIAR feed or in the NEXT time use slow release ferts for that matter.

From those pictures we can tell they are loving it!!!

very nice pics man, nice to see that they survived another month quietly :)

No more animal hanging around?

About the feeding i feel ya was kind of the same 2 month ago here during a month i almost have never feed, but so far on yours it doesn't seem like they have big deficiency no i would not worry too much about feeding if you can't afford it, like rom said do some foliar feed and they should be fine, you seem to be in a fertile land around the plants those pictures are looking splendid hidden in the jungle :D

Have a good grow man and keep the pics coming ;)
