Hello, Fellow Strain Hunters!

Greetings from sunny California! . My name is Todd McCormick and I have been an activist surrounding the cannabis plant for years. I have participated in some really great projects that are highly educational and I urge everybody to check them out:

The Emperor Wears No Clothes by Jack Herer: after Jack passed away I was asked to be the editor of his book and I released the 12th addition of his book at the 2010 Seattle Hempfest (that was also dedicated to Jack) with memorials from some of Jack's closest friends.

The Union: the business behind getting high - if you haven't already, be sure to check out our award-winning documentary.

THE CULTURE HIGH on Kickstarter.com - please check out our follow-up to our documentary "The Union" and help us have a huge theatrical release by pre-ordering the DVD or limited-edition poster today. Our project has only been up 14 days, and already we have raised over $70,000 from over 1200 backers!

GrowMedicine - I have been growing cannabis since I was only 13 years old and I have written a book upon the subject titled How To Grow Medical Marijuana that was released in 1998. This year I will be releasing my follow-up to that book called GrowMedicine. You can find more information at www.GrowMedicine.org

I also own a community that is dedicated to all things cannabis. Please join us at: www.HEMP.xxx

I am also a huge supporter of The Greenhouse Seed Company and Strain Hunters for the work that they have been doing to save this secret seed.

peace to all~

Todd

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
