Thanks again everyone. That's a 4'x8' ebb and flow table using three inch grodan cubes. The table is in three sections, and usually try to set groups two weeks apart. Usually there is at least 20 different strains flowering. It took awhile to figure the layout of the plants because of the stretch on the flip(rooted clones are vegged for a min. of two weeks, then brought into this room). It's alot of hard work figuring each stran out, but im making major progress. All strains perform excellent, but the Super Lemon Haze from Greenhouse, and Lsd from Barney's stand far above the rest. More pics are coming i promise.

It's the heat , i have a standing in room air conditioner, and it still get's up tp 88 sometimes, it's nothing new to me though always happens in the summer , i'm not made of money so i fight the heat as best i can. Happy frog is a soilless mix made in california specifically for cannabis it costs $20 for a 2 cu. ft. bag!!!! well worth it though now that fall and winter are coming the supply of cold fresh air will be limitless and my girls always love it , i can get purple from cold temps inside!!!!!!!!!

Nope not a once i have like fifty mothers, i'm trying to weed (lol), them down some, trying to find the best overall kush. Now i have a male plant too so im making my own strains now. i wanna try popping a sative seed and as soon as it pokes it little head above coco throwing it into flower. There will be no 12/12 either i do 10/14, usually shaves a whole week off flowering time(im sure the co2 helps too!!).The batch youe seeing the most of is paradise's Acid , i love that shit, the smell and taste are so good, not as good as the lemon haze it is and always will be my favorite, i will never forget the first cured bud i had of the lemon, it blew my mind how much it smelled and tasted like lemon.

Here's some shots of a fresh picked Sharksbreath from DNA genetics. I was given a single cutting of the strain from a friend, after i got it to root, i grew it large enough do do a six pack of clones. I let her grow back and was just about to take clones when an opening came up in the "dirt" section of the flowering room. So instead i flowered her and im glad i did. The nugs are rock solid and have that GWS scent but with a twist. I cant wait till she's dry enough to smoke!!!!!

When your using scrog or even growing your plants that big, don't be scared to cut off those useless bottom branches and strip everything under the canopy, EVERYTHING....! Especially if your dealing with hot temperatures, they will appreciate the increased air flow underneath to breath the co2.

Thanks for your input, and yes i do some thinning of bottom branches, and i know it's hard to see , but every branch on that plant was a cola, yes there were some small branches inside, but if i cut everything below the canopy the yeild would suffer greatly, and as for air circulation i have 4 fans, three of which are oscillating, and there are two 500+cfm exaust fans running constantly , with fresh air coming in as well so i don't think i can get any better air cirulation. The best solution to my heat problem would be central air conditioning.(which may be on the way soon)

Thanks alot man, this morning i had a trim session with whiplash and i smoked the charas from the scissors used to trim the sharksbreath, the smell and taste was divine, and the high was other wordly. The plant was taken at eight weeks exactly, one week shorter than what DNA calls for. I attribute this to using the greenhouse grow method, and the genius of Aryan and Franco

I used to beleive that too, about my yeild suffering, but it actually sent the energy to the existing tops and they were bigger and heavier. I was just basing it on what I'm looking at.... those plants for sure could have lost 4 - 6 nodes from the bottom... Do you have fans actually below the scrog blowing into the canopy?

Yes my fans are below and above canopy level. The co2 saturation in the air is always at 1400+ , and i do thin underneath at the very beginning of flowering, but like i said i dont take too much, just what needs it.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
