Hey strainhead, the girls were grown under a 400w hps and a 200w CFL on the side of the hps ;)

Lamsbread, glad to hear i inspired you!! to be honest you're not the first, all my friends around me are giving a try to 12/12 from seed too seeing how nice it is :D and i can't tell you to not try it man, it is my favorite technique for the moment, so fast and always something hapening, a girl to harvest or a seed to soak, flowering starting while others end, i love it ;)

Cheers guys thanks for passing by and comenting, i wanted to put some pics of final products but out of camera, as soon as it's solved i show you the grils ;)

I had 9 girls in 11L pots for 1m² grow room.

Tho i feel 7liter pots could be used with as good results, but then i guess amount of plant would reduce amount of lumen per plant and so reduce the yeild and in the end be the same ^^

Best would be to try.

But with this setup i had more or less 30 to 40g per plant

Cheers ;)

Hiya Dust! Had to admire your SWEEET mango's again..beautiful work :) Should be about harvest time now? They must smell so sweet finishing...any skunkyness or is it mostly sweet?

yes harvest has passed and they are curing now ;)

43g for the big bud pheno, 40 for the taller pheno ;)

One has an awesome poisonous smell and the other one a fruity note, but i will make a proper report when they will be cured ;)

Cheers thanks for passing by AGAIN ;)

Looks incredible dust. I have also grown the sweet mango but mine was outside, and yes the bud production on it is amazing. I had two pheno's , a lrger and smaller one. The larger made looser buds, but as you said the foxtailing was amazing. The shorter pheno of mine made really tight baseball size nugs. Also as you saidthe crystal production is out of this world!!!!!!!!

Hi Dust, quick question for ya..did you find your sweet mango's needed fairly light nutes in comparison to other auto's even?

I found that it used a bit less in dwc , not sure in soil ;)

Hey man, honestly i didn't go low with her, i was using powderfeeding up to EC 2,0 on her in the state where she asked for more, and as you can see she didn't particurly had trouble with the nutes.

It might depends the stage tho, cause on soil i go low on nutes during the Veg period as thesoils gives most of it. but during flowering for sure she didn't had trouble with me, i had NL auto at same time and fed them the same way both.

Good luck man ;)

Thanks Dust, and Mopman for the input as well :) Interesting, I'm using rockwool cubes and Pro-mix HP soiless so the only nutrients to start would have come from the little bit that I believe is in the Pro-mix..nothing in the rockwool cubes of course. I think my problem might be that I made the mistake of not watering with run-off in the beginning when they were little and first in the 11L pots , trying to just water the root ball without overwatering, PLUS a couple of the plants didn't get much run-off one of the water+feeds, my guess it was the mangos :P This could have possibly led to a build-up of nutes and the slight burn on the tips. Hmmm lots of speculation lol. I'm learning one thing again..that there is always lots to learn at this game of ganja farming :) THANKS GUYS!!

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
