first time dwc help needed

this is my first time doing dwc im growing blue cheese in a 1m x1mx2m tent under a 600 cooltube im at the 6th week in flower mark and my leaves are turning yellow brown around buds i use advanced nutrient a&b was also using big bud but switched to overdrive.i use tap water which is ph7.2 and ph down to around 5.9/6.0. 840ppm my temps are around 75f in tent humidity around 60 the past 2 weeks since switching to overdrive she not drinking as much as she normal . i have a sour kush plant in coco thats not having this problem i was expecting to make mistakes my first time its just important i learn from them lol i will post pics soon as i can. any advice would be appreciated

It's gotta be something in the water dump it out and start with new , and i would flush the rootball throughly. Do you check your ph everyday? Also try using distilled water, or drinking water that comes in gallon jugs at walmart. I use the drinking water and the ppm is 0 which is awesome and the ph is just around seven which only needs a little lowering, i run my bucket(s) at 5.5 ph , and i found that between 1000-1100 ppm is about the perfect strength for most strains. Hope that helps. I started two dwc buckets as an experiment months ago, and i find that they are one of the least labor intensive way to grow if you get your water down to a science the ppm and ph will stay the same as the plant uses the water, and for me its fun to watch and see which of my 50 strains does best in them.

yer m8 i check ph every day and change bucket evey 7 days ph normaly stays around 5.9/60 ive had it like that from start.its last 2 weeks ive noticed change she was drinking 17/18 liters now hardly any i changed bucket today just used ph water

sorry i'm not a hydro grower so can't really help, but as frankenstein said, i more foten see hydro grows at 5,5 that 6 in ph, maybe it can be a little due to that?

Hey man, I'm not an expert but what A+B are you using? I'm using sensi bloom with big bud and bud candy. What ratio do you use with bloomer and base nutes? I've kind of ignored the bottle instructions and went with a 2-1 (base-bloomers). Also, not entirely sure about ppm, I just tend to go with Ec. I add nutes in this ratio until I reach the desired Ec/ppm. I haven't switched to overdrive yet. It's my first time using AN products. I used to use Advanced Hydros of Holland 3-part with no boosters.

My SLH has slowed down and had some clawing right up top (she incidentally couldn't take the 1.6Ec like the others). I fed everyone two days ago and they all needed it today again but she don't, the pots still heavy. I flushed her out with 0.8Ec a few days ago and will slowly feed her more and more in the coming week or so. I expect growth to speed up in a week maybe. If it doesn't... then I'll start to worry

Frankensteins right though, I would flush the shit out of your ladies and start a fresh, clean the res etc they'll recover in a week hopefully

im useing sensi a&b bloom was useing big bud. but weeks 4 to 6 switched to overdrive i gave her 30ml of A&B and 30ml of overdrive to 18 liters of water .which i thought was fine .as she was getting 30 ml of a&b bloom and 30ml of big bud. and all was well .i know some people like a lower ph than5.9/6.0. but its been that all the way through grow and she was drinking fine seems to be since i stopped the big bud and switched to overdrive.all i can think of myself is i gave her to much overdrive. anyway she is on plain ph water now. cheers

i am wathing this very closely i have learned alot from just thease 8 posts its so good about this site which i consider to be the best is i learn i love to read and i have picked up your metodes and am going to put them into my system dwc plus i do 2 pots organickly pure organics because i read you cant use both ways in a pot its one way or another althought the 2 in the pots are in 2 gallon pots they are doing fine alot smaller though. thanks again guys
