i was just looking through pic's kits that ppl have recived for the contest and i was sad to notice theres no sativa strain in the competition :[ all nutrition packs i have seen are either for indica or hybrids ... am i right or i have missed something ?

Sizla: The white Lemon is the closest you get to a sativa among those strains. It do have the whitewidow in her but she is still more a sativa than a hybrid. Wonderful up high.

Everyone's going crazy...you have to be entered into the first contest to be in all three.."the first is indoor"you need at least 30 posts..not hard at all!!!! and to stay calm!!!! Most I'm sure most just want free seeds and feed while others "myself" dream of meeting the Ghs crew oneday. We had to pay for our seeds and still love every minute of this. accually tokeage it might be the first one from the contest to do kings kush but i have seen a few kings kush grows in this forum atrox did a really awsome one, kings kush is a lovely strain one of the ones i believe that green house obtained through bret bogue of apocarthy genetics along with the kaia kush , chemdog and bubba kush. the kings kush is actually a really famous clone only variety in cali, and i believe the grape in it was the same grape used to make apocarthy genetics grape ape but i am not 100% sure on that it is a beauty tho short really purple leaves not so much on the actual flowers but even tho it has og kush in its background the grape is what really comes through in the smell department.

its really similar in flavor to the grapegodbud from next generation.

This is an excellent strain that I grew two years or so ago when GHS first released it to Canada. As I can't speak for the rest of the world. But it was defiantly on par with some of the finest "purple kush's" i have seen in anywhere from BC to Toronto. If I remember correctly I kept the temps between 76F lights on and 69F lights off, with purling ALL over by week 7. The smell was very fruity,piney, and with hints of fuel and diesel. The yield was above average for a "Kush" variety. The plant was fairly easy to grow, and of course she loved a heavy blast of nutrients. This is and excellent strain for a hobbyist or professional. With many ways to grow her, you cant really go wrong. Don't forget the grape like odor and the heavy crystal production.

Hello SH, GHSC and community, ive just registered and think this cup is an incredible idea for the world growing community. i hope to have 30 posts up soon and wish to enter the competition using the power feed. this will be my first ever grow even though a lot of my friends grow. ive been doing a lot of research into cannabis cultivation in the last few months and this competition is a good incentive to get growing. Hope to begin in January, maybe start on my birthday. Good luck to all, Peace!

ok started collecting my stuff to begin grow for cup, as I said before im trying to grow with minimal cost and simplicity. i purchased a dual spectrum 125w CFL and reflector but will also be getting a 250w red spectrum. i also got soil mix and pots and beginning home made closet tomorrow. although risky i think im gonna try DWC and use soil for comparison. next on the list pc/ec meter, fans and buckets, seeds, cant wait to begin!!

I got my seeds and the power feed now! ready to start once my kush plants are all done. I will make an update post asap. Should be the end of December then I wlil throw some Chemdog and Bubba Kush from Green house in the room.

Hi I took my nutes out the box this morning so could read up on them before I start the Lil girls and noticed that the bag has a cut in the bag has anyone else noticed this and will in not leave the nutes open to harmful bacteria and moisture thanks

This can happen with all kind of bags. Either put a plastic bag around or push the powder inside a coffe cup or glass jar for long term security. The seal/lock lid is not working too fine imo. I got a slit next to the lid, but otherwise it's all good. So no complaints over here - wrong thread I fear- Dust could you please move it to another section to keep this for the fun part ?
