Hello,

Im a first time grower, doing some autoflowering plants.

Im using a Secret Jardin DS-60 tent (60x60x140cm) with a 240W CFL 2700K bulb + 4x30W 2700K CFL lamps on a 20-4 photoperiod.

The plants are 2 x Critical+ auto, 2x Moby Dick auto, 1x Deymos auto, 1x Kaya47 auto.

The temperature: 24.5 to 29.5 with lights on and 22.5 to 24.5 with lights off.

Humidity: 45 to 65%.

Im using Iguana Juice Bloom (2 ml/L ) since week 3.

You think you would do so many plants next time? because looking at the group shot it looks like 4 plants are stronger (getting more light) then the other 2, Nice for a CFL grow, what sort of ventilation you using.

Have you considered a L.E.D?

Thanks!

They look a bit different because there are different strains, but maybe you're right about the tent size and the light. I think i will need a bigger tent next time. LOL.

Im using a in-line fan (http://goo.gl/pHC5e) connected to the tent and a portable air conditioner / dehumidifier next to the tent.

Maybe i can use a LED panel when it get less expensive. I want something like http://goo.gl/je3HY

hey man this is a damn good shot for a first grow , its nice to see an all cfl grow as well also a great selection i love autos they are probably the most perfect plants for beginners anybody looking get to getting alittle exsperiance under there belt and i believe you will find the smoke to be compareble to most other normal strains you have smoked especialy now adays it seems like every couple of months they come out with an auto strain thats better then the last.

be sure to include some nice bud shots of the finnished product i for one would like to see the resin content on a all cfl grow with autos and good luck with the rest of your grow!!!

I made my first harvest at this morning. I choose the Deimos and Kaya47, which were the smaller and skinner plants, but they were ready to harvest.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
