try letting them go for more than a day before you water mate;

it is hard to see from the pictures but it looks like they need a little less water.

the ends should clear up then.

The church plant I regenerated I had to cut her.

The fugus guants gave her fusian wilt.

she was too old, and it would have killed her anyhow;

those little bastards;

I had taken a clone from her earliier and it is doing really well.

The roots look sick mate.

I think you may have some nastiness in the nutrient tank; it could be that these microbes are in your tap water.

This would explain the ph problem

use some hydrogen peroxide, or if you can ozone.

I have a machine that produces ozone and it has a connection for an air stone.
