gonzosghost Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 Hey folks, I've had bad day Starts with finding an open male pollen sack on one of my 3 week into flower WW clones the other day. Could have been there for god knows how long . It got destroyed. Then found tiny green seeds growing on my Afghani, hunted around and found more newly developed seeds appearing on my WW. HELP!!!!!How long will it take for seeds to grow bigger within the bud? Am I ok leaving this for a couple of days before I chop? How big can seeds get in a few days. Started the flush yesterday and would need at least a few days more Wanted at least a week. They are just ready, some amber trichs on them. I don't want these seeds to get much bigger. Should I take them tomorrow? Leave a few days? Id rather have poorly flushed weed than seed weed.Anyone know the speed of seed growth? Is probably all I should have said to start with. They were just ready but would have liked some more amber trichs, never mind. Still worried about my SLH. She could do with another week but there could be tiny seeds developing as I write this. Do I chop early? Really don't want seeds I may just be talking to myself, lol but if someone reads and has any advice on the speed of seed growth, please gimme an idea how long it could take my SLH to make them? Dust Posted November 1, 2012 Share Posted November 1, 2012 don't know how fast the seeds really develop, i've had a few once, but couldn't tell think it takes a few week before they become really seed like looking. but they will nayway be present even if they are only just new born seeds Very sorry to hear man, so you think it is the afghani which polinated the rest? or was it from the WW?Hope the smoke will still be good Cheers! gonzosghost Posted November 1, 2012 Author Share Posted November 1, 2012 I'm guessing it could have been the WW. I took 3 clones from a WW that had hermied in mid flower. Think I posted when it happened on the LST thread. I told myself that it hermied through stress after flowering but just incase id keep an eye on those 3 clones for any signs. Problem is I've been preoccupied with changing my grow room around, fixing ventilation, got LA Cheese in the veg room with viable WW clones. Started 5 blue cheese. I've got so much going on and just neglected these WW's. Just missed the male flower until it was too late In my angst I've chopped the other 2 ww's down. They were in week 3. Got 2 SLH clones in week 3 that have been hit for sure. Grow them out for hash or just cut em now for hash? Should have done it from the start when their mum hermied. I've got quite a lot of plants now so have no qualms throwing them out. I've pre trimmed the SLH and flushed her for.a few days. She's coming down tomorrow . A week early id say but hey, like you said toke...you don't want seeds. Id rather have poorly flushed weed that's a more trippy high than seed weed with many amber trichs believe it or not . I had a night that went a bit cold but thought they would manage, obviously not. Fingers crossed no more appear .
