The girls puting on some size.

Sorry to hear about your soil problems bro, what is it? Holding to much moisture? I noticed the flying insects, but not clear enough to see what they are.

Fungus gnats maybe, you can tell , if they preffer to walk than fly, then its them.

keep us updated and hope you get it sorted. ;)

Peace bro

Lams

Ctenosciara hyalipennis

Problem will start when they copulate too much, young worms(wtch i dont actually saw any) can eat roots, but in small amounts they help plants eat alga and any fungus.

Yellow tapes for a while, the stuff i read is bit confusing, one say moist soil, other dry it, all depends perhaps on what strain they are corect(lol)and is few ones, hard to recognize enyway. Stuff for that is expensive. I try some homemade oldschool crap. Later transplant with gentle cleaning as much soil from the roots as i can. Hope it works.

Sounds good, maybe a little more perlite when you repot them and possibly a slightly larger pot so you can have more of the new potting mix around the edges of the pot.

Maybe different pot colour like black, reason i say this is sticky traps they use in greenhouses are yellow, this is because it attracts insects.

One last thing if you put gravel or clay pebble on top of soil it will act as a barrier to the flies, the maggot which eat the root will reach maturity, pupate and turn in to adults, if they cant get out of the pot they will just die, it also will stop adults that fly outside the pot, laying eggs in the soil.

Don't know if any of this sound good to you,but i would like to think it might help you out

Peace as always bro

Lams

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
