really nice grow Atrox

I also love to germinate using the 4x4 cubes, and the net setup is perfect for the Money Maker.

Nice report, keep it going!

So doors are wide open for a scrog of the MM afterwards :D

Atrox ou have so much going on I need a map to find you :) Perfect start to your cup grow, the babies look vigorous and healthy! Happy to hear you are enjoying scrogging it's a fun hands on way to do things I found and I'm looking forward to starting my cup scrog with Trainwreck & SLH. Scrogs looking super healthy and FULL, I hope you have room for all the buds coming in the stretch :) I would suggest not being shy about trimming leaves under the net after the stretch is done to improve air flow and light to buds especially with such a full grow.

Here's a decent article on scrogging that helped me, you may have already read it and if you have I apologize. http://420deku.blogspot.ca/2011/11/how-to-scrog.html

Best of luck bro :)

Thx Dust. For especially Bam but of course for all others too i have now my flush shedule.

Once i go into flower i take a calendar and mark important things.

After 14-20 days into flower i will flush the first time. Afterwards i let them dry out at least 5 days, maybe 7...

This is the time i will cut all branches that i dont like...

Second flush around 8 jan. week 4-5

Maybe one last short before harvest...

early harvest date is 3 feb. late harvest date could be 10-15 feb. for the Moneymaker of course.

So we see the end is not that far, i always like that counting with a calendar, you realize how fast this plants are :D

W - P

edit: first generation of atrox clones....in the front 2 MM "sharp style pheno"....back 2 SLH

Hey Atrox , what a coincidence ! I flushed my DAmnesias last night. § weeks in flower for Talle + Ralle, 2 and a half for Kalle. i just lushed Malle + Walle as well, since they haven't been flushed yet - I flush shortly before flowering, then 3 weeks in , i may flush an extra long flowering strain later on; but usually since I used the GHE feedings before I stop using the regular nutes 2 weeks prior the expected harvest time, feed RIPEN instead and flush them a little bit after last feeding...then dry out and reap.

I am lazy on dates; in my experience in life planning is futile, you know the saying der mensch denkt gott lenkt..lol

It always comes different than planned. It is important, though to know when the flowering starts; but counting dates means you must know ahead WHEN the flowering set in and man. The girls in my room always take 4 to 6 weeks before flowering starts. The 2 Nirvana plants are still not showing their sex and it seems to me they are growing since forever - 5 weeks minimum and they are on 12/12 and HPS in the flowering room all the time a good 2 or 3 weeks now ! Maybe that is the reason why mostly the actual flowering is usually shorter than what is written in the catalogue. I try to read the plants and don't even judge too much what the trichomes look like. They look different on each bud anyway and the best cultivators in the jungles and hills of jamaica have no microscopes anyway.

Okay enough of my rants. A calendar is a helpful tool, no doubt - I always go back to my grow journal to count the dates..I always forget the dates, so i should use a calendar next time, to

Peace + Grow

Oh i feel you Bam. You know i did this in my last journal all the time. Going back to the dates i posted...

I really try to learn all about reading plants. That begins with the time to water...many people say i water on that day and that. I say this is stupid.

I always check on my plants, almost every day a weight check of the girls lets say. This way you get a good picture in mind what happens inside the pot/plant.

I watched the grow review of the SLH and on that recomended dates i took the calendar to give everyone an idea of what happens next.

Plant reading is priceless and a thing that only experience will give you, a very nice point. Good you came up with that, because the most problems i see so far are all due to wrong or not plant reading.

Mostly on the water.

peace

Today i come with 2 nice top views of the MM.

One pheno shows a little bit of overfeed. You can pick them out easily :D

No bad thing i waited a bit for that. PF says on soil every other feeding but in the end of veg it was almost every feeding. They were so happy that i thought to go on like this until first flush.

Now i do it of course just as told ;) every other feeding ! But then i dont feed 10 liters on them. 7 liters and a bit more frequent.

About us

Strain Hunters is a series of documentaries aimed at informing the general public about the quest for the preservation of the cannabis plant in the form of particularly vulnerable landraces originating in the poorest areas of the planet.

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.
