forced to lose a week but when!?

hello SH, i started germing one seed today however the grow space im using is already occupied by 5 germed seeds, there a week into germ so my other seed will be a week behind the others no matter what, i know the newest seed will lose yield etc from losing this week but my question when do i lose it? do i cut it off a week early into veg with the others? or should i just pop her with the others when she sprouts and just go with the cycle of the ones a week in advance and hope for the best? all advide and help is greatly appreciated and needed!
